www.ProgressiveAgent.com is the website for Progressive insurance. You can get an online quote for an insurance policy, or even retrieve a previous quote that you have made. It can be used to find local agents for each particular type of insurance. Once you have chosen and began an insurance policy, you can can in and manage your insurance policy via this online website. To use the online quote function on the progressive agent website, find the box at the top of the home page titled "get your online insurance quote, Buy from an insurance agent".  Within that box there is are two options, insurance type and zip code. Enter both those details to get started. Answer the remaining questions provided to recieve a quote. To use the search for a local agent function find the box titled find a local agent down the left hand column of the home page. Enter both the product and zip code then click find agent

You can access their online service to pay bill at ProgressiveAgent.com. To make a payment, you will need to login. To register, simply enter your driver's license or policy number to proceed. Once you are registered and login, yo ucan make your bill payments at progressiveagent.om

I FINALLY found the link that takes me to the bill-paying site. It's on the right of this page under the heading "Related Websites Review". Choose the link to ww.personal.progressive.com. This took me to a log-in that STILL didn't work, but underneath the log-in box was the choice of "pay bill, no login" or something similar.
