AmericanExpress.com/PBC is American Express Pay Bill Center. If you are an American Express Card holder, you can go to americanExpress.com/pbc to pay your credit card bills online. If you are a new user, enter in your 15 digit card account number and 4 digit card ID. Then customize your username and password to complete your registration and manage your bill pay online. If you are a returning user, you just need to access your account online with a user id and password. If you forgot your password, just click on the forgot password link and re-authenticate with your card account number.

My present e-mail address is unchanged since 2005, but your system claims that it has been returned with no user.

I signed up with Delta forf skymiles and have never once used the credit card. I am now being billed for a service never used. Last bill was for 95.00 11/10/10 account ending 2 - 71004.
