You gave free scratch offs
for FREE DESSESRT ..BUT, you can't obtain them off the computer for the print out.
According to the the waitress they could only receive the print out...What a gimmick.....

Very unhappy customer.

We have 6 scratch offs for free aussie-tizers but can not get the site to work We do not have enough time to sit her for hours to try to save $5 we are very disgusted with the promotion. We go there often and would like the appetizers

My wife and I have eatin at Outback steakhouses since you first opened in Port Richey, Fl. at least3-4 times a month. Today I ordered a combo in Warner Robins and the steak & crab cakes were nothing like the menu photo. I actually took out a .50 cent piece and it covered the crab cakes. I was so offended by paying $4.00 dollars more for that joke that I walked out rather than talk to the manager.It is such deceptive advertising you should do away with the pictures. My husband and I visited Outback last night, ordered the Prime Rib, Baked Potato and Salad. The meat was tough, did not enjoy it at all. Really wondered if it was Prime Rib at all. Never had a Prime Rib that was not tender before. Service was Great, but disappointed in the meat and would not "ever" consider ordering that again. I dined in your Oxon Hill, MD location. I had a great experience. Risa was my server, and she provided us with outstanding service with a smile. We frequently dine at this location and always have great servers and excellent "hot" food. She also demonstrated honesety and integrity. I left an ID wallet and she came after me and made sure that I received it. Its wonderful to know that Outback hires employees with great values.

I was very happy with Outback UNTIL I signed up for rewards. I hate to be scammed, and will probably look for another place to eat. I signed up and after a month it would not accept my password (I had not forgotten it. I contacted them about the problem 3 times. I also followed instructions for forgotten password. Each time I received an automated email saying the problem was fixed. It is not and probably never will be. Read the comments left by others. Most are VERY unhappy with Outback, as I am.
