I visit the McDonald's in St. Albert, AB (Villeneuve location) approximately three times a week for a quick coffee and muffin special. This location is always very clean, and the staff friendly and efficient. There is a sense of team work with all the staff, with management never seemed to hurry to answer staff/patrons questions or concerns. I have tried to find store #s to ensure that I am able to sumhow enter in your sweepstakes, but I was rudly hung up on when askin about the store # or where I can find it.. I eat at the 3eserve st macdonalds in glace bay upwards of 13 times a week and would really like to enter... If there is a way to enter I would greatly appreciate it, but to be hung up on for no apperent reason.I did not use any kind of force or foul language at all. I jus simply asked where I could find the # to the store. here in Jakarta, I've observed that McDonalds always come with new variance menu, one of its is Prosperity burger.
the taste is great, your staff has been doing good for their home work by created that. But unfortunately that menu is only come just for about 2 month from January till around early on march, which is a very short time for the biggest fans of McD (here we called McDonalds) like me. i don't know why McD Indonesia has that policy.because i think our people interest into that burger is huge. So many people want to taste that menu but it sometimes come late because that time policy. so is there anything that McD HQ do about the time period extended? or can McD keep that menu into daily menu? i look forward for the act.. thanks

I have been in the local mc'donald's in Riverhead NY several times and when I purchase a hot mocha that has c coupon buy one get one free I still get charged for the other hot mocha!! When I went into the store to see if they would refund me the price of the 2nd drink, the woman told me to swipe my card and I would be refunded. But when I checked my bank records, I was charged again. So, instead of getting a free drink, I paid double the price!!! My husband and I stop at mcdonald's several times a week for coffee and muffin, which we think is the best coffee, tim horton or starbuck should try the coffee it's the best ... but this week we took our grandson for a hamburger and fries and we took the mcchicken ... sorry to say that this was the worst lunch we ever had ... the buns were cold, seems like it was just taken out of the freezer and the chicken wasn't even cooked ... the whole meal was a dissapointment and we had to just throw it all in the garbage ... the store is very clean, the service was great but the food the worst ... - Henrietta Flaro - posted 4 months ago

McDonalds in the town of GRIMSBY needs to train it's employes to check the order they have taken so customers don't have to go back 2 or 3 times to make sure they get what they paid for! Mc donalds use to be the best place to eat. Employes were nice and caring but now they always mess up your order they are mean give you attitude is just a mess.
