We shopped at Coquitlam Centre on Saturday, September 26, at 2:46 pm. Our receipt number is 455-947 10 2322 000405 01
A sales clerk named Nicki helped my partner choose pants and shirts. She was exemplary! Even though the store was busy, she was on the spot with answers about sizes and colours, prices and styles. She was gracious, polite, and timely. Most often we are helped by younger staff who don't make the same connections with our age group.
Please continue to hire staff like Nicki - because we will be back.

Also, may I add that your survey mechanism is poor. You need to develop a form that allows us to enter data, so that you can track comments and use them for staff development. I have had to scroll down a rather long page of ads to find this window. However, I doubt too many will be taking the trouble to fill in this survey, so our chances of winning $100 must be about 1 out of 2? - Gudrun Heckerott - posted 39 months ago

I can't find a specific EB survey here. If you want feedback , the survey process should be more user friendly. I will comment here that the customer service at pioneer place in portland been very good on every occasion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always there when you need help without hovering or overselling. I visit the South Towne Eddie Bauer in Utah quite frequently and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable, especially the manager, Laurine. She has helped me find clothing for myself, my husband, and for gifts on a number of occasions. I appreciate her expertise and friendliness and I always know I'm in good hands when she is helping me. I shop at the Augusta, Maine Eddie Bauer. Joyce has the most pleasant demeanor when you walk in the door. She's not pushy or overwhelming. She is genuinely helpful. Joyce explains how the different styles/cuts of pants fit and she will encourage me to try on some styles I wouldn't have tried on my own. Joyce is the real deal. I have been unable to access the survey to commend Tera of my local outlet store in Lebanon, TN and also, to enter to wint the Eddie Bauer $100 Gift Card. I tried in excess of 10 times in entering the security characters, but they were not accepted and I could not move to the survey. I only have four days from the date of purchase to complete the survey. I guess I will not have a chance at the Gift Card, but please know that Tera is absolutely the BEST EVER! Patty at the Village in Rochester Hills was so helpful to me. I bought a jacket for my sister
and she shipped it to Mayo Clinic for me and was amazing with the service. I will certainly
go back to Eddie Bauer again because of their customer service. This is a great place to

I shop at the eddie bauer outlet quite frequently. The fact that you carry xs sizes is wonderful. I can't always find the xs in other stores. The sales clerks have always been so helpful. Stopped at the outlet store at Pleasant Prairie, WI for a special sale day,2/26/11. The product lines that I usually buy are no longer carried. I nearly walked out of the store but finally found a pair of slacks that would work. Not my first choice. Will be a long time before I return. I bought a jacket at the Williamsburg, VA outlet mall store yesterday and I love the jacket. Christine was the sales person and she was very friendly and helpful. Julie was at the register and she was also very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my shopping experience. The employees were friendly and fun.

Made my weekly visit to Eddie Bauer in Knoxville and was going to purchase only two tank tops. However, on my way to check out, I mentioned to Kay Shanahan that we were going on a trip and needed some warm clothes. As usual, she had the perfect idea and directed me to fleece lined First Ascent pants which will be perfect for our trip. The store clerk was incredibly helpful and courteous. She helped me select an umbrella and convinced me to purhase a second umbrella (Afterall, Eddie Bauer umbrellas are the best-made product)and then patiently researched my Eddie Bauer membership number. I was treated like a very special customer.

I recently visited the Eddie Bauer store at the Summit in Birmingham and I wanted to tell you of the delightful experience I had. To begin with I was looking for a Camiousle (sp) for my wife and I was a little uncomfortable. Sara helped put me at ease and along with Deanah's help as well we were able to find something for my wife that would work for what my wife has been looking for. All in all the trip to your store was a pleasant experience and your to associates Sara and Deanah couldn't have been any better. I purchased several items about two weeks ago at the Boise Outlet store. The sales attendants were very helpful. I was surprised to find two pairs of pants that fit perfecttly. (curvy bootcut)After wearing the jeans for a day or two, though, I realized that they stretch a lot and were maybe too big. I returned to the store about a week later, wearing these jeans. I tried on a smaller size and those were perfect. The sales lady exchanged them outright for me...even tho the ones I brought back hadn't even been laundered! I expected I'd have to eat the cost of buying the wrong size. I was delighted by such excellent customer service.
