www.AceCustomerInsights.com is the survey website for ACE Harware. ACE prides itself on the quality of service and value that it brings to its customers. True to this form ACE has its own survey site to gain direct feedback from its customers. I leave in Nanakuli I went to do my taxes in laie I went to ace hardware I was looking for a gromet kit refill Iwas goinng up and down the ailes when this laddy worker came up to me and said may I help you I said I was looking for a gromet kit. so she said for me to follow her so I did. she explain the different size and what am I going to use it for. I said I was reparing my canvas and she had told me whitch one would be the best size. I told her how greatful I was and thanked her very much. and they need more workers like her

I have shopped at ACE for many, many years. No matter what town I lived in you hardly ever have to ask what for what you want because someone would say "Can I help you." And if they did not ask, it was more than likely they were busy with another customer. Also, they don't say "Down isle 12". They will take you there and make sure you get what you want.
Of all the years I have shopped at ACE I have yet to have a rude salesperson wait on me.
