Per your written bulletin regarding Fed.Income Tax Witholding designation, I have attempted several time to get to the correct site following the directions in the bulletin. There is a place to change State tax designation, but not Federal. Also, in the web directory you have too many sites all essentually leading to the same info. Please confirm how to change the tax witholding on line. Thanks. - frank stukenborg - posted 37 months ago

TRANSITION TO STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST ... also TRANSITION OF RETIREMENT BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION TO AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES (ACS):
I receive two Pension checks monthly -- a much smaller one from my employment w/Ford, the second from my deceased husband's employment w/Ford. In your 9-17-10 communication to U.S. Salaried Retirement Plan Participants, you state checks will be combined going forward. However, I received TWO statements from State Street Bank…one for each check I have received previously … and both show the same $ amount of Federal tax deducted with different amounts deposited as a result. The statement for the smaller pension check had an incorrect amount deducted—that one the same $ amount as the larger of the two checks. If you are indeed combining these checks, the amount the statements reflect is incorrect. Why two statements? Will they be combined in the future? If so, when? I have tried correcting the error on Ford's website. Your "smooth and seamless transition" has some 'bugs' that I hope are corrected soon.

I am the surviving spouse of Robert Ullman. Despite the fact that I get benefits from Ford, I can only establish an account with you, using his name and his social security number. I cannot get into my wageworks account although I have been trying for three years. It will not accept my name or social security number. I hoped that with my account under my fordbenefits.com (under my late husband's name)I could get into my wageworks account, but this has proved to be impossible. When I have called by phone, I keep being told that I will be called back. I have never received a call back.
Please post your answer to my problem. - Nelly Ullman - posted 35 months ago

I am a retired salery employee. At the end of Oct, about the time I first receivedmy first benifit form from State Street ( I was out of the country for a few months and did not receive my mail)To make long story short, I called the Center and could not receive any info. The excise tax was not taken off of my check. I finally reached someone who asked me for my PIN. I told them what I thought was my PIN or used to be. It was not correct. The Employee service Center then mailed me a pin reminder, and my user ID reminder. Today I have been trying to get through to the center to tell them to take off my federal tax, like before. The recording will not allow me to use the PIN that I have just received on Nov 1st. I am not using my PIN right now, because I am not on a secured line. - John Kometer - posted 35 months ago

since the 1st of the year, you have extreme difficulty logging in or getting any info. They must have a bunch of
third grade dropouts running the info sites. I have been trying forever to get a PIN to buy a new truck. Guess they dont want to sell any vehicles to retirees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - lgharmon - posted 34 months ago

Why wasn,t penison Money despoit in our account today we get our money anytime there a Sat.or Sun.that fall on the first - Betty Hamilton - posted 33 months ago

I agree with Betty Hamilton ... Jan.1 is on a saturday there for we should get our penison check on or by Dec.31 not on Jan.3rd ....this is wrong and should be corrected. - art neal - posted 33 months ago

i agree with betty this new company sucks big time , first they did not make any deductions for ins, now this. what the hell are they doing - robert betea local 400 - posted 33 months ago

I've got to agree with the Betty, Art, and Robert. Something is screwy. I did not receive my pension check either. What gives? We should have had our pension checks NO LATER than Friday, Dec.31, however, if Friday is observed as the official holiday (due to businesses and their 3 day weekends if a holiday falls on a weekend) we should have had it on Dec.30. GM retirees (same contract) got theirs on Wednesday. - Leander Clair - posted 33 months ago

In regards to the paystub, the payment date is 1/1/11 and they are not depositing until 1/3/11, per my phone call of 12/31/10. This a direct violation of our contract. They are holding our money for their interest. We need to stop all direct deposits, which will surely mess with their accounting. Also, we need to file a class action lawsuit and greivances with International. Our contract is with Ford Motor and UAW, NOT with State Street Bank. Only we as a collective voice can stop this, receive our money and not let this happen again. P.S-GM got their money on 12/29/10.
- gary d lovelace - posted 33 months ago

This is so not like the past direct deposits. I'm sure this will result in a lot of overdrafts for some people. The State Street is floating on our $$$. Please put it back to the way if was.

Must be a bank overseas like everything else, what happen to usa - dave - posted 33 months ago

Why did ford choose a bank that has been charged with pension fraud (California)? And why were we not informed of the change in payment dates? I cannot get through to the benefit telephones; no doubt because everyone is angry over the overdraft fees from automated payments. What can we do to reverse this... - Jan underwo - posted 33 months ago

my name is Isaiah FREDERICK 96 RETIREE AND THIS PADec. we did not get our pension check for the xmas we had to wait until Jan. 3rd i do not think this is right - Isaiah Frederick Sr - posted 32 months ago

WOW, State Street. You've got a really bad rap going looks like from all these postings. I'd say I have to agree with all these. I don't know why in the world Ford UAW decided to quit Comerica ... or do I ??? State Street looks like you ARE floating our dollars ... bet I know who else might be benefiting from your holding off with our direct deposits until sometimes the third of the month. Comerica was always on top of things and had the respect if the first of the month fell on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, they deposited the money BEFORE. You cheap scapes !!! - Ron Allen - posted 31 months ago

I have the same complaints as all other Ford Employees.
Do NOT BLAME State Street Bank;Blame the People who are in charge of the Ford departments!! They never provided a phone number for State Street Bank. Ford does Not care about their employees;especially the retired ones!! I am like a lot of U people. I have the Lowest Pension amount than any employee. I am trying 2 change my Federal amount of withholding and can not get through 'phone or E-Mail!!!! - Joe Fondano - posted 31 months ago
