www.tru-surveys.com is the online survey for Toys R Us. ToysRus is a major kids store for toys, where kids can find any kind of stuff they want. One can find great baby toys here. Girl babies have separate large section at Toys R Us. It is a national chain that can found in many parts of the country as well as around the world.

I too can not find correct site. I will NEVER shop at Toys R Us again! They had an item on sale and it didn't ring up the sale price. I did not notice until I got home. I tried calling them several times to see what could be done and they never picked up the phone. They would pick up the receiver and hang right up without saying hello. Busy or not, there should still be an employee with enough respect to say hello please call back later. So, I went back in to discuss the matter and they did not give me respectful customer service and would not honor the "mystery sale" item. Went in for a high chair and Chuck helped locate the
chair of choice that my Son and Daughter In Law wanted.

I came the Toy R Us stroe at Huntingtom Dr.city of Monrovia for my grandson's scooter, because I'm confuse about the different of those priceing, product detail, the manager Robert was around I ask him for help, and he was patient and kind to explain to me and make me feel confordience to make decition to take home the one I'm sure it's right one. thank you very much you have this kind of store manager do such a good job to make customer happy, but I don't remember if otherf branch have the same kind of service manager? I agree, the phantom website is a farce and I really wanted to tell them how poorly their store is managed. While in line at the one and only cashier open there today, the manager said that there was a register open at another register. Since I was the next customer in line,I went to walk down to the 'open cashier',followed by a man who was in back of me in line. Suddenly from out of nowhere, a woman, who was NOT in the check out line, runs down the store aisle and cuts in front of us. I looked at the manager with disgust and he said,"Calm down everyone is in a hurry these days." When I said that the woman cut in front of us and that she was rude, she turned to me and said that she was responding to the manager's statement! When I told her that she was not in line, she said that learned better manners from her mother! Guess she grew up in a barn because she was the size of a cow and had the brain of a mule. The manager needs to go back to Toys R Us Management School because he should not have called people out of line and then let a hippo with horrid manners cut in front of people. I was so upset that I did not realize that they charged me full price for sleepers that were supposed to be 75% off! When I called the store, I was put on hold so long that the baby grew into the next size sleeper! Went to Toysrus in Tuscaloosa,store8848, to buy a couple of presents for my grandchildren. Tried to grt some help with a couple of items that were marked discontiued but not priced. We asked the cashier about the price and she said she didn't know and didn't know how to find out. She didn'care enough to find out. We were gonna spend about $400 in there but after this we walked out and went to Walmart. I'm retired now but I spent over twenty five years in retail management with a national auto parts chain so I know a little about customer sevice. I'm very upset that my time was taken up to do a survey that I can't find. It seems that the so called survey is actually a registration process,that I want no part of! I only wanted to do the guest survey to let the company know that the employees that waited on me on 1/13/12 smiled and greeted me. They were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I did NOT want to register for ANYTHING as their survey site leads you into. This needs to be stopped!!!
