@personalized card: call toll free for upgrade, prepare for monthly visa fees and visa id requirements
@getting balance online: try using card number and pin ONLY at www.moneynetwork.com.
@loading funds on card: call toll free and make sure you can load, if not ask for upgrade, prepare to pay visa fees and id and address submission as per visa and patriot act.

Yes.... You can continue to put money on your wal-mart employee card even though you don't work there anymore. My husband no longer works there either, but we continue to use his card. I hate this card it charges you for everything even when you are buying something from walmart and get money back.I do not understand how we get paid but yet have to pay for useing the card. im ok with the card in fact i like it because when i use my card i can call my 1 800 number on my card and get my balance right then and also it want let you go over your balance like banks do and charge you for going over, but their is only one thing i dont agree on and thats when you use your card at the gas pump it puts a freeze on so much of your money and its like 4 days or longer befor your balance is right.I was shopping this last christmas and i forgot i had just pumped gas befor i went shopping and i used my card, well when i went to pay for my items and the register it said i only had 33 dollars and i had just got my check sent to my card that morning.so see it froze all my check except $33.00 i had to leave everything i had been shopping for over 2 hours for and wait 4 days to do my christmas shopping all over again. If i had went inside the store and let them swipe my card then this wouldnt happen, kinda weird if you ask me...signs...:( - vikki - posted 22 months ago

@loading funds on ur card .. the best way to load your funds on to your card is at walmart the service desk or any walmart cash register...This card only is charged for certain uses. I have never been charged extra for using this card as I nornally use it just like i would a regular prepaid debit/ credit card... Thanks ...

As for aquiring a list of transactions,, go to the walmart moneynetwork website and sign in to your account and as long as you have a printer Then u click on print page of all ur transactions and you should have a list for your records.. good luck. Sharon

Customer service said to look up my acct. @moneynetwork.com also. metabank a scam? Agreed. Plus csrs are all in a foreign country. Liars. I applied for direct deposit 11/11/11 but it didnt come through til, SURPRISE, 1/26. i got charged 1.75 twice and money network REFUSED to reverse the charges. This is a joke. I have never had so much trouble trying to get my card balance. This is hands down the worst card I have ever used!!!!! It would be nice if the website on the back of the card was good for anything at all! www.walmartmoneycard.com, You cannot check ur balance, add funds or do anything except sign up for a card that I already have. The only way to do anything is to go directly to walmart & do whatever you need to at the customer service desk. If walmart is not near your house... Your screwed.
