I would like to see a variety of Goya products, such as rice,beans, adobo, bulk sazon con achote. This will allow me to shop at bi-low instead of Walmart, Compare foods. I love the Bi-lo I shop at. The butcher is always ready to get me all the special cuts of meat I like and the deli people are fantastic. The cashiers are bright and friendly and when I have an issue the customer service people are happy to answere the questions I have. When I had fuel perks stolen, I called the toll free number and they helped me track down how it happened. Someone had gotten hold of an old card of mine that was still connected to my file. My husband and I just moved here from Illinois. Yesterday was the first time I have ever shopped at a Bi-lo store. We were very impressed with the friendly, and helpful employees. Prices seemed very reasonable, easy to find things, loved the seafood and meat selections. Will come definitely start shopping here all the time.

I go to bi-lo store #578 every Monday and for the last three trips you have had the absolute worst meat market I have ever seen and I am 67 years old. I love my BILO in Black Mountain, NC Store #547. The Manager Rick and ALL(PJ, Tarra, Alice, Sue, Chandra, Andy,Mandy,Mindy, Misty,Ashley,Darion,Steven,Veronique,Joy,Juanita and anyone whose name has slipped through my mind at present)are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and are always happy to help. The sale prices are great as well as the fuel perks. I love being able to purchase gift cards of all variety and get fuel perks for giving a gift! The only other thing I could be happy about is winning the $250.00 gift card of which there has never been a winner at the Black Mountain location. Oh well, you can't have everything. Thanks for the great service for the past 15 years we have lived here.
