www.HEB.com/Survey is the website for HEB Supermarket Survey. H-E-B is an American supermarket chain in Texas and Louisiana, selling groceries, pharmacy and health products. To monitor and improve customers’ satisfaction, H-E-B is currently giving customers a chance to provide feedback about their experience at their store. As an incentive, customers who complete the short online survey will receive 10 entries in the monthly drawing to win a $500 H-E-B gift card, and in the quarterly drawing to win $5,000 cash. The survey is available in either English or Spanish. To begin, simply select your language of choice and press on the start survey button.

The survey is only available to H-E-B customers. You will need to have your last meal’s receipt in hand to proceed. First, you will need to locate your certificate code, right at the bottom or your receipt, by the survey advertising. Press enter and start the survey, it should not take you more than a few minutes to complete the survey at www.HEB.com/Survey.

I cannot believe that a corporation such as HEB would have such an unfavorable web site for their survey. I have already spent almost half an hour trying to find the web site. This is the second time I've tried to do this survey. Another 30 minutes wasted. I can't believe HEB has not been able to correct this problem. Very difficult to maneuver through this website. I was not able to complete the survey. The website listed on receipt sent me to several other websites & advertisements. This is not a good thing for one of the largest grocery chains in Texas. Went to website on eceit from store to take survey, couldn't get there from here! Is this a scam, seems like it to me. If not, it wouldn't be so hard to get to it. Probably won't waste the time to do it again.
