www.shoecarnival.com/feedback is the survey website for Shoe Carnival. Shoe Carnival is a brand of retail shoe stores offering variety of family footwear: women, men, kids, athletic and accessories. In order to monitor and improve the shopping experience, Shoe Carnival currently offers its customer an opportunity to leave some feedback online, by completing a short form. The store also gives an incentive to complete the survey: each of them will be automatically entered in a monthly drawing for a $200.00 Shoe Carnival Gift Card.

This feedback is only available to Shoe Carnival customer. You will need to receipt in order to complete the feedback form. First, you need to locate the three-digit store number, at the top of your ticket, below the store address. You also need the sell date, which is the date of your purchase, typically located at the bottom of your ticket. Finally, you need the transaction number, right by the sale date. WOW! I love Shoe Carnivals' large selection of atheletic shoes. I just purchased a pair of True Balance Trainers. What a comfortable shoe! After making my purchase, I changed my shoes there in the store so that I could go straight to my Zumba class. Not only did I enjoy my workout but I have "Happy Feet!" Your staff at Store #214 were very proffessional and most helpful. I was referred to your store by someone else who had purchaed shoes there. I have plantar fasciitis and I cannot wear just any shoe.

It felt good to walk into your store without a clerk wanting to show or follow me around. I like to look for myself and there was such a tremendous supply of shoes that I breathed a sigh of relief because I knew that I would find what I wanted for my foot condition.

I tried on several shoes that I was interested in and I found a pair that was perfect for my foot condition.

When I checked out I was treated with kind service and I was happy to receive a bargain on your sale day.

I just know that your store will be THE one where I will shop after this. The variety of shoes is plentiful and I felt that it was my lucky day. The shoes fit very well.
Thank you for having such a store. Now mym feet are at rest without pain. It was a good day for me.

Had a great experience at the Norman
location, store #412. Young man was very helpful and patient with my grandsons. Cashier was very sweet and friendly. The Moore store #305 had a young lady who was cashier that was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we tried to ask questions. Will not go back to Moore store but will continue

My wife buys boots about once every 4 years. She is also very hard to fit. She walked in and fount a teriffic buy on boots and they fit very well and she got on pair free.

i bought a pair of sketchers work. I wore them for one day and the sides of both shoes come apart. I could see clearly where they had been super glued together as if someone did it by hand. I took the shoes back and was told i couldnt return them because i had worn them. WoW one day of use and they are considered used. as if they could be put back on the shelf anyway. so i asked for an exchange and they proceeded to tell me they didnt have my size in stock. i would have to pay an extra 7 dollars to have my shoes ordered and shipped. Thats a bunch of crock....... I buy no less than 10 pair of shoes a year their and after this I will not buy another. Yeah they value customers until their is a problem. Every three to four months I buy 3-4 new pairs of shoes, as I am hard on shoes I try to buy on the higher end. I Chose Shoe Carnival this time, my experiancee was: no one asked if I needed any help, and when I stoped someone to ask for help, they seemed to be bothered by may request.I ended up buying only 3 pair of shoes, and at the check-out was shorted $20, on their so cale buy one get one 1/2 off, because they did a fast switch with the numbes on a sale item.
