www.SearsHomeServices.com/feedback  is the feedback survey site for Sears Homes Services. Sears is one of the major North American department stores, selling everything from appliances to beauty products. Sears Home Service is a section of the department store that deals with repair, installation, cleaning and home improvement. Sears Home Services is currently offering its customer a chance to provide feedback, to monitor and improve customers’ satisfaction. Only customers who use one of the home services at Sears and invited to fill in this online feedback form.

First, for security purpose, you must provide two numbers. On your receipt, you must first locate the Sears store number: this is the seven-digit number at the top right of your receipt, below the store address. You will also have to enter the service order number. You can find this number at the top of your receipt, below the technician ID. Once you entered both number in the fields, you may start giving your feedback at www.SearsHomeServices.com/feedback .

The services provided by Sears Technician (ID Number 0525857) was outstanding. In repairing my washing machine that was moving across the floor on the rinse cycle was quick and efficient. I rate him the highest score of 5. Upon arriving, he immediately assessed the problem; repaired the machine; explained what was happening and why; and, explained the only option for preventing this from happending again.

My TV repair man was at my home for 47 minutes, replaced a part costing $132..then charged me $197 in Labor ! Really, who makes $197 per hour ? We recently had a problem with our Bosch dishwasher.. The representative sent to "fix" the problem was very knowledgeable,efficient and courteous. we are happy with the results and fully recommend "Al Gilbert " (3061) for a job well done.. Thank goodness for the maintenance that Sears provides..

Mark, my Sears tech, came to do the washer, dryer, and hot water heater yearly check ups today. He was the greatest tech I have ever had. His tech number is 630061. I had my Whirlpool ice cube maker repaired by Mr. Lasko. He did a very quick and professional job repairing the cube maker. I was really pleased at the cleanlyness and thorough explanation of what he needed to do. Job well done. The technician came Dec. 17 & ordered parts & rescheduled to do the repaire Dec. 27. Dispatch called around 9am. on the 27th. to tell me that due to the snow, the technician would not be able to run calls that day, i could certainly understand that. However, what i can't understand is why my appointment was reset a whole week later.
While the technicians did an outstanding job of repairing the washer, the dispatcher, in my opinion did an unaccepable job. I would rate the technicians at 10 & the dispatcher at 2.
I have been a customer of Sears for many years and have purchased a number of high ticket items such as central air conditioner & patio cover and also service aggrements.
I feel that Sears should certainly be more concerned with all their customes.

recieved a call from Bernie, sears technician,(ID#924738) before he arrived to my home. Bernie made me aware of what was to be done to my washer & dryer, the amount of the service call and when I should expect him. Sears #:0008368 Service Order No. 40355438. Performed Warrantee service call to check water leak. Technician opened back panel and ran LG washer to check for water leaks. Furnace repair Service Order 40314301 Technician #0725549. Mark is an excellent technician and very courteous. If all of the Sears techs were like him you would be well staffed.
My problems with my Sears Maintenance/Protection Agreements are with the scheduling, not this technician. Scheduling is always a problem, even on an emergency such as this with a broken furnace in the middle of winter! Each time I called I had a different scheduler, OK that is to be expected, but neither scheduler seemed to know what the other had said or done to help solve the problem. The schedulers were all nice and tried to help. I think it is management not getting it together or the owners not caring. I am a long-term Sears consumer, you name it and I have bought one from Sears, since my first screw driver in the 1960s. Sears Specialist quoted $98 plus parts for the first hour. Service person chargedd $47.23 for the part,plus tax and $206.85 for the service.!!! What kind of service is that? The furnace was already open to the part needing to be replace; a stricker: similar to one spark plug. *Unless you're changed plugs in a Hemi....Laber on one stricker is too High!!! What happended to the $98 we'd accepted at the lady setting up the service? The part was put in then priced to us afterwards...We could have had him take it out....but would have been overcharged again!! I called Sears at least eight times...finally talked to a Gina, who assigned the case a number 3493371#. All the other contacts dropped the call or sent it to limbo...poor communication with English on seven of the calls!! What happed to Sears Quality of yesteryear? Alan was very prompt, called as he neared our home, saw the problem right away, was very careful and neat and made sure all lint was off the dryer and floor before he left. Sears can be very proud to have such an excellent repairman. he was courteous and polite and knowledgeable and very good at taking apart our entire dryer to find the problem bearing and report it. Keep him, promote him, and give him a good watch when he retires 30 years down the road.

I CALLED SEARS HOME REPAIR AND WAS FORTUNATE TO HAVE A NEXT DAY SERVICE APPOINTMENT.(HOW ABOUT THAT!) SEARS REPAIR CAME TO MY HOME YESTERDAY AND CHECKED MY SNOWBLOWER WHICH WAS LEAKING OIL. THE TECHNICIAN ID#4036 WAS FRIENDLY, CURTIOUS, KNOWLEDGABLE AND AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND REPAIR SERVICE. I HAVE DELT WITH THREE DIFFERENT SERVICE PEOPLE IN THE PAST AND I CAN'T HELP BELIEVING THAT THEY ARE IN COMPETITION TO OUT PERFORM EACH OTHER! I ALSO HAD MY LAWN TRACTOR COVERED WITH AN EXTENDED WARANTEE AND WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WORK PERFORMED. THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN AS OF YET. IF OTHERS FEEL DIFFERENTLY, OK, AND WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, NO ARGUMENT FROM ME TO YOU WITH ANY NIGHTMARES OCCURED. I CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH ANY PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED. Repairman came 4/7/11 to ceck on washing machine as it would not spin. He said it was the door lid switch. He did not have on on this truck , so he cut the wires to the switch which allowed to machine to spin and would return the next Thurs. 4/17/11 with the part. Your Technician #725523 and service orders #40221367 and #40226929 Did a real good job on our washing machine and dryer. Because of not having the parts on truck he ended up
making Three trips to complete the job. He was vary patient
and explained the reasons for the delays. We will always ask for him. The call center is a different story. You can't get through without being on hold for long waits. Have the time calls are being dropped and you have to keep
