www.WhiteCastle.com/Survey is a site were you can take a survey of your experience at White Castle. White Castle is one of the first regional hamburger fast food chain. They provide you 20 minutes to finish the survey and when you finish they provide coupon discounts for your next White Castle purchase. I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years I was dissatified because when I went to white castle on monday I found out the coffee had been replaced it is no longer good I also purchased several bags at Christmas time This xmas will not be the same.I would enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. I live in Clifton, NJ and I just wanted to comment on the service that was provided on today. I am just coming for a very stressful day at work some what at the end of my rope; people getting fired and lossing the home. Any way today. I feeling so upset and I wanted to pick up something quick and low an behold the person taken the order was the kindest person I came accross and weeks. Her name was Ann, she took my order but she did it with joy and the kindness that you just do not get any more. Her attuide took away all my depression and sorrow. She gave joy and and such a way in which I have not seen is sometime. The real deal she express an expression that I have not experience in a very long time where some express a joy to be at the place of emploryment. She respersent the way it used to be before company forgot that people that work for the them are people with a life an they're someone too. For 70 years I have been eating White Castle Hamburgers starting with the location at Bell Blvd and Northern blvd in the i940's when they were o5 cents each unless you had a coupon which reduced the price. My wife and I stopped at the Mt Sinai store on Rt 347 today and had lunch. I love the Hamburgers and the good coffee. When you had the Vanilla coffee offering that was outstanding. All of our friends who lived in the flushing-Bayside area still patronize your corporation because we love the burgers. eating at White Castle has become part of eating habits and so many of our friends still stop at your stores. I was in your store today and was actuaally the only costomer in line with one customer in front of me. I waited in while your employee and the customer gossiped about some woman they both knew. I waited for 15 minutes in line while these two talked about someone then the customer finally put his order in twice and I was still waiting to put my order in. Finally after all that he took my order then went around to the front side of the counter and started talking to the customer again in further detail about their subject gossip. If I had been a secret shopper your store would be on the list not to visit ever. store#050045 sale #133759872 the team member was #7091. Time I entered the store 2:55pm time I finally got my order 3:25pm. If you want to know why your profits are dropping, that might be the reason. we visited store #100064, we were sale#134615738, team member #587 on June 25, 20ll. My husband used the bathroom and the soap dispenser was empty, the porcelin toilet bowl was cracked, the toilet seat was about to fall off and the lock on the door could use a handy man. And above all there are no paper towels available in case I do not want to touch anything in this dirty bathroom.
Now for the team member. After we received our order she slouched over the counter where the orders are placed and proceeded to clean her nails, leaving anything she found on the counter. If I was a secret shopper this store would have failed. - Unhappy coustomer - posted 21 months ago

The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's great to be approached by an employee with a sincere smile. As always, slidders and fries are delicious.

The trash receptacles should be emptied more frequently. They were fully loaded around lunchtime.

I stopped at a store on the way home from Indianapolis after a long drive only to be very disappointed in the service. I went inside to place my order as i hate drive up windows. I actually had to place my order with two different people only to have to repeat my order to the second person three times. the only other thing that i was upset over was the mutard that i asked to have added to my sandwich was horibble LOOKING and tasting. I stopped at the White Castle drive thru on rt51 & rt6 in Hobart,In at about 10:30 on a saturday night.There were about 4 cars in front of me and it took about 7 or 8 minutes to receive my sliders after placing my order.I think that is pretty reasonable.The girl at the drive thru was very courteous and friendly and spoke very clearly. I think she did a good job for a saturday night. My double cheeseburgers didn't seem as fresh and hot as usual but the onion rings were perfect.This White Castle location always seems to be consistent in the quality of their onion rings, fresh and hot like I like em.#010101 TM#12612

Why can't I get through on White Castle on line ordering?
I get a message ; must install silverlight which and get confermation that it's installed plus it's listed as "installed" on my computer but still get the "must install silverlight" try to reinstall and get "have it installed already" tried removing and reinstalling but it all starts up again.
