Try having to use the ATM. And the ATM taking my card but not returning any money. I contacked bank and Missouri Access. Well cant do a damn thing for 10 to 30 days! How do I feed my family? I have never seen such a messed up mess! How can anyone design a website/card that does not work! Checks work! You can cash them but these cards are set up then when you try to access information about your account or try to buy something, you cannot. Why make it where we impoversished people cannot get their own money. I haven't drawn any unemployment in a year or over and then it wasn't for very long. My money went to someone else when I worked; cant' even get full-time. Just work enough so you are cut out of any unemployment and there is no jobs! WHAT A SHAM OF A TRAVESTY OF A FARCE!! Just MO'S way of keeping my $ another work day to draw their interest! I had no option all the years I have worked but to have Federal and State UI deducted from every dime I'VE EARNED! I paid taxes on it then, and am paying taxes on it now again. Now $1.50 to get my $ from the bank, .50cents for every phone call to see if and when the "spirit" might move the state to even credit my benefits to my card,$3.24 for certified mail so that I might have a clue when The division of Employment Security receives my claim form, jumping through all the hoops at the Carrer Center when I do my 4 wk reporting at the cost of $30 a trip for fuel and being spoken to like I'm some kind of succubus when I call to try and remotely find out where I stand as far as MY benfits..when I've worked long and hard all my life while the government,both state and federal, have drawn interest from my hard earned cash that they have deducted from every pay check I've ever earned. The rules are constantly changed without any notification, ie. needing a password now and not just a pin # to access my account, .50 cents charge per phone call time and time again to check if my benefits have been credited to me YET! Not to mention, HAVING A COMPUTER AND BEING ABLE TO PAY FOR INTERNET ACCESS!!God forbid there's a snow storm or a holiday, I just don't eat or drive for those few xtra days it takes the government to finish their holidays or shovel themselves out!! This site does SUCK! But you can have them mail you a check because when you call in yr unemployment they ask if you want to change yr method of payment.
