Why is it that all these programs on TV MAKE YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD ! SOME PEOPLE CAN'T OR DON'T WANT THEM! But you offer free trial & free shipping to people with a credit card....Isn't there some way to do this with a checking account? I've tried Sensa and it did not work for me. It made my stomach upset. I canceled after one week of trying it, 2 months later I received a call for collections. The customer service told me they have no records of the cancellation and the product needed to be returned right after the 30 days. The problem is they didn't issue a RMA#, return number, and therefore I can't return the product sealed and dated into 2012. The customer service rep doesn't ask if you need an RMA#. They let the 30 day expire and send it to collections. There is no return from this point as too sending unused and sealed product back. They want the money and that's all they care about. Forget that the product is still sealed and good, forget that a customer service rep made a mistake, 30 days is 30 days and you have to ask for the return # and do it quickly. It is highly suspicious when everything about returns regarding the money is after the fact of ordering. It is not up front on a radio add or in the add on line, no where does it state you are liable for everything. There is no real free 30 day trial, you'll have to pay for that if you keep it or don't cancel in the 30 days and get the return# in the set amount of time. Customer Service isn't flexible about this and from my conversations with them this happens a lot. For the people it works for, great, your lucky. For the people it doesn't act fast on returns; get names, dates, return#. In hind site with all the small print and no upfront statements on what it will actually cost you and how the 30 days is a trial but not free, I recommend people pass on this product. The company's concern is more about the money than anything and has no empathy for the customer. - JDF - posted 26 months ago
