I have never had such a difficult time paying a bill, period ! Not only does your online service stink, so does the harrassing phone calls that are coming. It is utterly rediculous that you would have such a website to pay online and call it convenient. I definitely agree with all of the comments listed in this comment section. I have spent at least 2.5 hours trying to get into my account to payonline. It is always "the password or the wetsite is not correct or does not match". I wm looking at the File Card with the current information on it but your system disagrees. There are times when you do not have time to mail the payment in or it is not feasible to drive to the store to pay. Why can't you prepare a program for payment verbally over the phone without an extra extreme charge? The Dillards CEO doesn't have a clue what is going on except a big payroll check for him.
