I am a health care professional who works with dying pts and their families daily. I would like not to be frustrated with being cut off continually from my ability to have access to my own money for paying my Dr's and other bills while I await serious medical care myself. Who says the USA has the best health care in the world-not me!!!! why has adp made it so complicated to get even the simpliest of claim forms? i've been trying to print the substantiation form for more than 2 week, so I can fax the receipts of the money I spent on the adp card, but there is no way I can print this form. I cannot wait to unsubscribe to this nearly criminal operation. When signing up I was told how easy it is to use the debit card ..no forms required! I now receive notice to submit forms and receipts for ANY visit to a doctor. Plus I was denied a prescription after leaving the doctor's office because it needed preauthorization. How are you supposed to get preauthoriztion for a Rx before you even visit the doctor and find out what is diagnosed???? I was laid off in May and was instructed to submit all prior claims within thirty days. Well, I tried to, but first my card was declined. Then I emailed them and asked where to send the information and asked to check the status of payment. They emailed me back stating that I never updated my email address which I had and that they cannot give me the status without logging on. Well, I cannot log on because my account has been deleted.
