Shoppers is my first choice to go despite ads from competitors because their prices are the best, their quality is better than competitors, and their service is better than anyone else's. Customer service beats bigger and "better" stores and they try harder in every way. The borrom line is that I save money every time I shop there first. That a good reason to start there and THEN go to another store if I can't find something! I love the shoppers #2626, the employees at 2626 are great! The other shopper that I have stopped at district heights were very unfriendly and not one employee at that district heights store was helpful when I asked for assistance. I'll never go to the store again. The shoppers is across from the fire house and the 24 hour CVS on Marlboro pike and silver hill road. They don't smile they don't say thank you for coming. Mrs. Ferguson, Ms. Linda, Ms. Karen, Ms. Alwinna at the store #2626 are very helpful and pleasant. They great me "with hello" and "thank you". I love shoppers 7568, the employees are friendly and kind. The cashiers always smile whenever you want to pay for the items you bought and thank you for shopping with them. The groceries are easily located. The greatest thing there is that you save on a lot of items you bought and that kept me going back there. My husband and I are regulars at the Manchester Lakes Store in Alexandria. We are always treated well and we by-pass 2 other Grocery stores because we like your staff. Here's a big thank you to Mr. Wayne Logi who is "The Man". He gave me the best service I have ever had in a grocery store. Ms. Tiffany Shephard was a very outstanding employee. Tiffany was able to get 3 to 4 customers out of her line verse her employees. I use Shoppers most of the time (1) because it is most convenient (2) I definitely search the ad for the best buys each week because grocery prices fluctuate so much (3) the Pharmacy Dept. is always pleasant and accommodating (4) the cashiers are always friendly and helpful (5) they have a policy of making good on any computer pricing error -not done without hassle in many stores.

I shop at SHOPPER'S offten because I like the proces, the employees who are very helpful, the sales are usually lower than GIANT and SAFEWAY for the same items. I usually get my money's worth. And the store layout is easy to get around.

I have been shopping at Shoppers for years. The prices I find are really reasonable and I enjoy the friendly cashiers at the Catonsville locaion, who are always willing to help when asked any question. I always get my money's worth. Most of the Shoppers in my area have clerks who seem to have had some professional training in public relations; however, the one in Coral Hills, MD should have more training for the cashiers and clerks because I have been left waiting for the return of a cashier for well over 10 minutes. Apparently, she either forgot about the customer or just did not care. Some of them just must carry on a personal conversation during the time all of their attention should be on satisfying the customer.

The prices are most competitive and I can always find good bargains in comparison to some of the other food stores.

There does seem to be a problem being able to access the survey. I thought it would go right to it, but before I knew it another food chain had popped up.
