I have been struggling, like everyone else in this economy. When I finally get my mortgage on track and made two payments to bring it current, you still continue to call us and send monthly statements that we are late and you keep assessing late fees. I am sending you correspondence showing you that we are current and hope you make the adjustment. You are the worst company to work with. Unless you are late with a payment, then they call you four or five times a day. However, when you are lucky enough to get through, you can't understand them. If I can't understand them, I know they don't understand me. I wish I was in a position to change mortgage companies because I would do it in a minute. I have also been stuggling with your Company for 1 yr and 8 months for a Modification. When you finally get through they are limited in answers and always say they cannot answer because that is another division and you have to ask them. You are given wrong answers with no communication between them. You have to deal with each division. They keep asking for the same information over and over. So what happens to all the paperwork they ask for each time. First I qualified last year,then they increased my payment, then went on 3 month trial which turned out to be 8 months. Now they say I dont quality and somewhere along the line they raised my mortgage payment again. They are not willing to help to keep my home. Now they say I can re-apply. i have repetedly attempted to get my first mortge info sent to another lender assisting me with a equity line modification I have requested this info for well over l month, i was told it will be mailed to me in approx 7 -14 days as of yet i have not received it. i called for it to be faxed to the lender a week ago and was told the requested info would be faxed within 48 hours one week and a couple of days latter it still has not been faxed. today i was on the telephone hold for better then 1 hour, i have requested on several occassion to speak to a supervisor as of yet this has not happen. if i were not in finicial trouble i would ditch this company in a heart beat. i have never believed in the conspiracy theory relating to minorities i may be changing my mind. - alfred j - posted 35 months ago

I want to nominate www.mortgagequestions.com. as one of the worst websites I have ever seen and a source of the worst customer service I have ever seen. You reset your password. The tell you to login again, first mistake, if I have just reset my password successfully you have credentialled me completely. I should not have to login again. If so, why did you let me reset the password. After I login again, I am again asked to reset my password with some kind of temporary password that I don't have. On top of all this they lock me out of the system because my number of "attempts" is "too high." The entire IT staff responsible for this customer abuse session should be fired and someone from a competent company should be hired. This company is the most horrible bunch of BS. How is a fixed rate mortgage jumped up in price by $140? Seriously, how am I supposed to pay that much more a month unless they assume I don't wanna eat or drive to work anymore. Nobody can answer a simple question at PPH, it's just a big run around. PHH. Very good at keeping you on hold for loooonnngg lengths of time. Transfering you to other departments at which time they put you on hold again. Never answering your questions. continually making you wait. I am still waiting for answers to my modification. I have pleaded with them. My husbands hours at work have been cut and we are struggling to make ends meet. WE are one payment behind after being three behind all through Xmas. We are being assessed late fees...it goes on and on. They discontinued my automatic w/drawal without my authorization before I became behind. I didnt know they did this and had everything in my checkbook mess up, right at Xmas time. We have been behind ever since. I was told I would hear about the modification by Jan 6. Still waiting. Still being put on hold for 55 minutes and then WOW mysterially disconnected. W.T.F. What is wrong with you people? Help us or sell us. I would lood for a new mortgage lender but because I/we own a manufactured home nobody will finance us. A home, just like everyone elses paid with hard earned money just like everyone else. But treated differently. But that a whole different subject.

Your company is the worst mortgage company I have ever come across!!!! You do not do what you say you will and I have provided every thing you need to make the needed change, not once, but multiple times. These changes have been sent to you by mail, by fax and by phone, not only by me but by the county and state. Now I am going to the FEDERAL Government to see if I can get anything done. When this problem it straightened out I will pay off the mortgage as I do not want to deal with your company in any way. This is the only way to deal with this company. Make your payment a week ahead of time. Use the Post Office and send it Priority with delivery confirmation. They can't say they didn't get it because it is scanned when they get it. I was told my payment was late, and I said really...I can prove it was scanned delivery confirmation when you got it. He came back a few minutes later and said we will let it go this time. Wonder how many people you have ripped off this way. It will cost 4.65 but it will keep you from having your payment jacked up like mine did before I figured this out. Protect yourself from this company. You obviously can't use their website and they won't answer the phone, so good luck.
