Hello. Today I tried to pay my America's Servicing Company mortgage - Loan No. 1205221525 - through above website. Web site wouldn't let me pay, stated that my security codes were wrong. According to my records, they are correct.

Please help. I want to pay the full amount, but now I may have to pay a late fee. Why can't you just ask for my account no.? Also there are a few web pages with above name. It's somewhat difficult to find correct one. Thanks. - Mary Jane Muchui - posted 32 months ago

I paid my November mortgage on line--it never registered. It takes hours to figure out how to just pay my 3.5 year old mortgage!! This is ridiculous. It also cannot be posted on a weekend?? is it 1960 or 2011? I am trying to make a payment and cannot figure out where to go. I have made calls to PHH and keep getting someone in India (very frustrating), especially since I could barely understand them. I'm trying to find out if the Direct Debit authorization was received so our payments can be debited each month. You sure make it hard for people to get thru to you. Your we site is ridiculous! So is your phone system, by making it difficult for anyone to actually reach a representative in order to make a payment! So, since I have been unable to reach anyone, after trying 5 times by phone, & being unable to find a place to login, I will go to the nearest Wells Fargo Bank to make my payment.I sincerely hope someone is paying attention to the posts above & to mine!
