this course in my opinion is necesary for not safety drivers - Vivivan de la Rosa - posted 36 months ago
This course is useless to me. I am a graduate of the Smith Driving school and have driven for years as a propane transport/delivey driver. I drove on a commericial drivers lisence until I retired and turned it in. This smacks of another way for Geico to take additional money from my pocket. Perhaps after many years of a clean driving record and NO claims, I should consider looking for another insurer.

Another insurance company rip-off. My policy came up for renewal a couple of weeks ago, and I called asking if there was anyway that my rate could be reduced due to the fact that I had a good driving record, no claims, etc...
They told me to log on and take the safe drivers course and they would reduce my rate. They did not tell me that it would cost 20 bucks to take the course, and take me 8 hours to complete....
So, to my frineds at GEICO, I will not take the course and pay 20 dollars, I will simply start shopping around for a better rate from a different company.....

Geico car insurance increases my minimum payment because of other driver negligent. I am 56 years old and I have only one accident my whole life for driving since I was only 23 years old. I am very cautious about driving because I don't want all the hassle to wait without a car. I am not really entitled to pay for other driver negligent! - Leona Mullaley - posted 25 months ago
Please put the way my payment was set for $52.00 per month every end of the month.
Sincerely,

I, too, was refered to this site because i was questioning rate increases in spite of good driving record. guess we need to shop around. - erma travis - posted 23 months ago
I disagree with the increase in auto insurance since I'm
a safe driver with not ever claims. - Maria Delucchi - posted 22 months ago
I've looked for Driving courses other tahn GEICO. AARP has an online course for $19.95. A sit in the seat course in my are is minimum of 30 miles (one way) and cost approx $55.00 for the course. So, $20 bucks through GEIGO is a good deal! - David Meals - posted 21 months ago
