Went Sun. afternoon, after seeing Great coupons in Sunday's paper. Gorgeous fall decorations, & Christmas items are filtering in! Found adorable scarecrows- 3 sizes ! All fall garland on sale, & 30% off on Christmas picks! Amazing! I love Michaels! You always have unique "different" items too, that you don't see everywhere else, & that's a Huge plus for ya'll. Your staff has always been very helpful. We entertain Alot, & we do a Christmas open house in our home every year, & Michael's items are Everywhere! I think it would be VERY special if Many flood victims were given items to decorate their homes--after losing Everything in that horrific event. Continued prayers for them. I have done years of shopping at Michael's and have spent a ton of money. I am upset after having 4 (50%off) coupons in my purse and waiting patiently for the correct day to use one of them on Martha Stewart's circle cutter. When I went to the store I found it on sale and couldn't use any of the coupons. This has happened to me more than once!
Another infuriating thing is that you can only use one coupon.per visit. So, if I have 4 items, I have to return to the store at 4 different times - which costs me gas money and precious time! I recently entered the Michaels Store in Eagan, and was very pleased with the atmoshpere. It was like taking a vacation ! As I shopped around the store the employees were very helpful and asked if I needed help, They offered up excellent advise on my projects. and Showed me exactly where I could find what I needed. 2 girls in particular that really helped me were Mary and Julie, In the jewelry area. I can't wait to start my new adventure in Jewelry Making . I am so excited... Thank you so much for making my jewelry shopping fun ! Its wrong! You give out coupons to drive back business, then why not acccomidate your customers who do come in. I had a 50% coupon from last weeks purchase. So went back to get a gift for my daughter (american girl crafts) The coupon is dated so you only have that short window to use it.SO WHY IS IT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT that the company put that collection on 25% promotion. Michael's store is a great store to shop where all your imaginations and creativity starts pumping in your brain. I get excited when I go in at Michael's knowing I will always find something new and interesting to consider coming back next time when my paycheck comes. The young sweet sales girls are always nice and helpful to me. My favorite stop is always to see what are new in the beads and card making with beautiful stickers. There are so many things if I have only the money to buy, I will buy it all. Overall I never get tired of Michael's Store and so with my artistic daughter who love it there too. I am ALWAYS at Michaels in Bowie. I have three girls ages 1.5, 4.5 and 18 years old. They all LOVE your store !!! We love the holiday arts and crafts, actually any arts and crafts. The 18 year old likes to knit and tye dye. She makes shirts for her little sisters and me too. Three separate people asked me if they could help me find something, and two others took me to the items I was looking for. I shop at Michaels on a regular basis... I'm an avid knitter and like to drop in often to check out your yarn department. Last time I was in I was looking for DK wool and couldn't find anyone who knew what I was talking about. Had to go online to buy my wool that time. On the whole, I enjoy your store. It's pleasure to shop at Michaels. The prices are right and you have a reasonable stock of art supplies. The service couldn't be better.
They have gone out of their way in the frame department to do little extras to accommodate my needs. I have purchsed hundreds of dollars in art accessories at great savings. I love this Cape CoraL store. It is so nice to have a Michaels store close, in fact I am also close to the Ft Myers store that is also a wonderful store. I am a stamper and always buying supplies. I really enjoy the coupons each week and to be able to check the net for the weekly flyer.

Michaels in Canada are much too expensive.
