my husband and I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get our insurance cards for the drug store to issue prescriptions we desperately need!!!! We printed off the ones on the website and the drug store was told by you that we had no coverage. I agree with all of the above comments. This is first year that I
have had this problem. I think that I have tried every website that
is listed. All I want to do is check on a medical claim from 2011.

I have tried several times to get on your site to look for a
oral surgeon. Every time I enter my Secure Horizons
member ID and my birth date I keep getting the same
screen asking for this info again. What is going on?
My primary care physician referred me a oral surgeon
who no longer is in practice, and didn't of another.
I need the names of oral surgeons that I can contact in

The website, to use the common vernacular, sucks. We have been, my wife and I, in limbo for 3 months with no physician because you say he is not in the system; your directory says he is; your on-line personnel know zilch, the doctor himself has shown me a copy of the contract he signed with you. Oh man, just wait until the Obamacare boondoggle kicks in! Time to leave the USA!
