I have never been so disappointed with any car/tire place than this firestone. i came in for a diagnostic test and within 10 minutes it was done.The diagnostic test suggested I needed to change my spark plug wires, the plugs,the fuel pump but nothing definite. The problem with that suggestion was those thing had already been done. I left with a 112.35 bill for nothing.
