This is possibly one of the worst websites I've ever seen. Unclear, not easy to access information, and as a plan member, I have no place to login to my account.

I received a payment booklet to pay $11.00 monthly. I suppose it is for part D late enrollment penalty althought nothing came with the booklet to stste what it was for. I think I was charged from the day I enrolled in Medicare Nov 2007 but I was employed at Nova Southeastern University till Nov 2009. I had excellent drug coverage with ICUBA thru Nova so I didn't need Medicare Part D untill I retired Nov 2009. I should only be charged with late enrollment of 13 months and not 24 months.By the way, I recieved the payment booklet Jan 10 and first payment shows Jan01. - Michael Gaines - posted 32 months ago

Was the intent of AARP and the government to confuse the seniors. What the hell is the Donut Hole? Did Kathleen Sabelius invent this word so that the brain dead would be confused. I was told I could enter my zipcode to view my plan and formulary list, however there is no place on this web site ot enter the zipcode. This is the worse web site I have ever had to deal with. It is difficult also when I have few computer skills.
The instructions from Kristen was easy to follow, but for the non-exsistent place to enter the zipcode zipcode. - William Guevara - posted 31 months ago

I joined secure Horizons on 01/01/1011 and I have still not received my enrollment card. I called on 1/13 and was told it was sent on 1/07 with no city listed and that could be why I haven/t received it. The girl told me she would put a rush on it. I called again on Sat. 1/29 and was told my address had been corrected but the gentleman said he didn/t know if a new card had been sent out or not. I had my sales rep call on 2/1 and he assured me it was on its way. As of today I still have not received it. Unless its coming on a slow boat from china it should have been here.
I canceled my previous insurer because of bad service and I'm being to wonder if yours is just as bad. Please email me the status of my enrollment card. My husband enrolled at the same time and received his card on the 9th of Jan.
At this point I think one should be overnighted to me. - Janet K. Kroger - posted 31 months ago

Ins: AARP/Medicare through UnitedHealthcare HMO. My insurance plan for a Orthopedic Surgeon, knee specialists} is through Tex Orthopedic Group. Not one of these doctor's on this plan are Knee Specialist except Dr Taunton, who is no longer taking this insurance. My understanding is: If your insurance group cannot provide a specialist that I'm intitled to go out of network and you will have to pay for the service. I need a ph # that I can call and get the right information. I have called my Ins. co, & Doctor and no one seem's to know what to do. Please help. - Soledad Rushing - posted 8 months ago

How do I find a web site to get on to internet so I can send my webbsite to youi so I can see all my Drs. charges and what you pay. I tried www.aarpmymedicare.com. I can't seem to find where to do this. Thank you Annie Jenkins - Annie E Jenkins - posted 7 months ago

I have been going to a dentist for 34 yrs, he is not 'in my book' which I guess means he is 'out of network'. Please tell me what would be covered if while 'cleaning my teeth, I need fillings, caps, removal, etc., Do you cover any of this and how much? I tried one of the 'in network' dentists ONE time - Coastal Dental or something like that - believe me, they are RIPPING YOU off. This was about 10 yrs ago and I went in for a cleaning, he did x-rays, etc. and came out with a printout that would cost me over $3,000.(which was alot then and still is) Didn't even get the cleaning. Went to my own dentist the next day and he laughed and said, well they sure are making money off your ins. co. - none of that needs done - and he cleaned my teeth. So no more 'in network'. Please let me know what you will cover for 'out of network'. Thank you. Marilyn - Fla. - Marilyn Underwood - posted 6 months ago

When I call the customer service #800-643-4845, I get the provider service and I am told to call the number on my card which is the number I already called. It has been frustrating, as a new member, to try to get my questions answered. When I have gone on your website to have questions answered,it doesn't seem to have the info I want and need. By the way, the disclaimer that is read to me, gives me incorrect info which is hard to understand (I've only had 4 years of college),and just confuses me even more. Your employees who deal with the public (members) are not knowledgable about the company they work for and give out false info which could lead to legal problems because of lack of understanding of what is covered and how much (percent of WHAT?) - Jane Milgroom - posted 6 months ago

I just got this insurance and I can't find anything just like the comments I've read. Can't find a list of ortho Drs. or any drs.as far as that goes.I spoke to a customer rep and she told me to come here.I promise I didn't piss her off but this is ridulous!!!!!!!Please show me how to get aroundthis maze and get to my stuff. - Debby - posted 6 months ago

Today, I was told that a CT scan that I was suspose to have in the morning,to see if blood clots in my lungs had gone away, had been canceled, because AARP Medicare had denied the scan. When I contacted customer service today, I could get no information as to why the scan had been denied. As I am on blood thinner, that I'd like to get off of, this scan was important to me. - Helen J. Dixon - posted 1 day ago
