Took my Reception Class there in Croydon to buy our class mascot. All staff were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The young lady who looked after us whose name begins with C was excellent, and really understood the needs of 4/5 year olds. She completed the workshop for the children with the correct type of language and excitment. My sister told me about the Build A Bear shops, she stays in Victoria BC in Canada and recommended I visit one local to ourselves which was in Braehead shopping centre near Renfrew. You just want to buy everything as it all looks so cute and nice. Staff there were really friendly and seemed to enjoy speaking to all the customers & kids. I am a Build-a-bear participant for four years. I was introduced to BuildaBear by my step-daughter. I enjoy going and shopping at the BuildaBear store where my daughter lives in McDonough GA. Sometimes I think I am silly because I am over 65 yeras old but I still love going and buying for my Buddy, Kitty and Tiger dolls. we just moved to ohio from iowa, and we had the best experience at the southpark build a bear,the girls were so helpful and nice i couldnt believe it,she loved it but as parents and the way the staff was is so special,we will return and with the service contiue to return ,there are no words to explain as a parent the attitudes of these young girls and patince with the kids that were acting up..all i can say is,WOW,they need to be told they are great with kids and her bear is even more special with the awsome experience we had,sorry i just cant say enough good about this place.thank you - carriesantee/faith sabatula - posted 32 months ago

Wow what an awesome experience my 10 yr old and I had at the Cool Springs Galleria in Franlin,Tennessee January 14 2011 !!! The store was really packed with customers but every single staff member made us feel really special and important. The staff were very child friendly and jolly making the experience very magical. There was always someone to ask for help although we were asked a couple of times anyway. At the till the lady was very helpful with my various payment options and seperate bags for my two girls. Nothing was to much trouble. Bought a valentine build a bear but it was the love bug, in the showcase window and priced $28.99. built it the same way and got charged $48.17. Called them when I got home and they said the promotion was over but still had the item in the window with the $28.99 price. So be careful what you look at. My Grandaughter and myself visited build a bear in Birmingham (where we live) we purchased a Dress, Shoes and a Bag for her Bear, and we also bought a little Panda (small fries)and an Outfit. What wonderful service and staff memebers at the fairview park mall in kitchener. Pat and Amanda were so great my son who just turned 9 loved builing his bear with the staff. My daughter had always wanted a BuildaBear. I always thought it would be expensive, a hype, and time-consuming, so had avoided it. This January, we were in a mall and passed the Build a Bear store. My daughter lobbied again, and I gave in.
I was surprised that the process was easy, friendly, no pressure. Within no time, Joe was manufactured and given a birth certificate. My very unsentimental daughter loves him and has given him a place of honor in her room.
I don't know if this constitutes the survey, but thanks for an enjoyable experience.

i got my first build-a-bear in blachardstown centre. i love all the outfits you can buy and put on them. my first build-a-bear is a brown 1 he is so cute.the person who stuffes the animals for you is really nice and kind there are so much different build-a-bears you can choose from.i got my build-a-bear as a present from my nanny and grandad.

I have over 40 build a bears. Everytime I visit the store I have a wonderful experience.
