AAA Insurance sucks they are a joke.

If you have a claim after paying out the ass, the payments of the policy are so high one cannot pay.

It took me a second visit to find the payment prompt- it's highlited in light blue at the bottom of the second paragraph. It's Bill Matrix and it won't let me pay a minimum payment, only the total. Crappy site. - dws - posted 32 months ago

why doesn't your payment web-site make any sense. There should be a clean clear passage to the paybill section. It appears it just a jumbled up marketing page.

We've been with AAA for 50 years and you have always been first class but this is rediculous.

Received cancellation notice for May payment of $262.00 for pol. #NVS003222628. My check #820, dated 4/30 shows as having been received and has cleared through my bank. I think it is crappy that the only reminder for payment due is a cold cancellation notice! Your site sucks. All I want to do is use my credit card to pay my insurance. All you want to do is have me sign up for another credit card that you seem to sponser. When you have "pay your bill on line" and have a web site and then direct me to how sign up for another credit card that is mis leading. Make it easier for your customers.
