You have to type www.mygiftcardsite.com in the address bar, not search for it on your browser. That will take you to the site you need to check the balance on your card. Its important to know your balance before you use the card, because you have to tell the cashier how much to put on the card, if they can't tell. Received as a gift. Registered right away after finally being allowed to enter the website and provide all my personal information. Then tried to use the #$%#$% card by taking the family out for supper at Steak n Shake. Guess, what, they denied it. No expleanation. Why would visa have a site saying you can get your gift card balance and then not have a link to actually find out your gift card balance. What a rip off.
