The above 4 comments are all expressing the same thing - that you have a very unfriendly user site. I agree! Wanting to pay online and having to work so very hard and taking so very much time to accomplish what should be very easy is not a fun experience. You, Valero, have been aware of this problem for an extremely long time - the first comment was posted 19 months ago and I am very sure you heard about it from the very beginning. You are aware that you are not the only gasoline company around so why not set the example for your competitors and make it easy to take our money? This is the most difficult on-line payment website that I have ever tried to use. Try this:
Have a website for bill paying that is findable;
Have a link to click on to pay bills;
Take the payment;
Procwss the payment;
Voila!! It's done and everyone is happy.

I've been fooling around way to long to even find the right website in order to make a payment.

There are many other comments saying the same thing, so I can only conclude that NOBODY reads the comments or cares that your on-line bill paying is just plain 3rd rate. Very frustrating!! - Judi Knittel - posted 11 months ago
