I agree, I did not know which one to choose, so I will be unable to get my $2.00 refund, unless you want to send it to me. I shop at the Hallmark store in Hutchinson, MN. The clerk was very helpful and gracious, so I would return, but will tell her why I did not fill out the survey--because I couldn't find it.

I agree wilth everyone that this is a waste of time. If Hallmark can't place a survey that is easily accessible then it shouldn't look to it's employees to ask customers to complete a survey they can't find. The $2.oo coupon must be a scam.

I agree with many of the above comments. Hallmark store is the best store to obtain great cards and great sevice BUT I also am having a problem getting to the "short survey" to reaceive validation code for $2.00 off next purchase. What happened to being able to call in the survey. This is tooo complicated and not worth the two dollars off. I have shopped at Hallmark for years and I am not too happy about using the internet. You can't get into Hallmark and what happened to the free E-Cards? the ones that are free are not very good. Agree with comments above. Am a Platnium member and appreciate the coupon offer but where to find offer for validation number is a JOKE. Why make such offers then make it impossible to complete! What a joke!! Are you kidding????Where is the survey to fill our to redeem $2.00 off coupon???? I see everyone else is having the same problem. Spent over 2 hours in Encinitas, Ca. store today and could find no card for daughter or daughter-in-law's 50th birthday or for daughter and husband 25th wedding anniversary. Also could find no cards appropriate for grandson or granddaughter's 21st birthday. What a disappointment!!Thought you had cards to cover all occasions. As many other Hallmark customers have found is it almost impossible to get to the site to find the $2.00 coupon. I've been a faithful Hallmark customer for years and to receive the coupon is a bonus, but I'm going on a wild goose chase. They didn't make the process to retrieve it user friendly.
