I Joseph Bush purchased a stove and a microwave oven, when i was installing microwave I was checking the screws one screw got stuck,it was not the right screws that the salesman gave me. the clip that holds the nut in place broke and I can not install the unit. I"ve been going back ever since to exchange unit. on 8-23-10 there is the same unit at sears outlet I tried to exchange. I was led to belive I was able to exchange unit. i purcchased a lawn mower and bagger.the sign said 40% off.however the reg.price of mower was 1291.93 the amount taken off was only 323.00 also bagger was 295.93 amount taken off was 111.oo.the amount should have been 516.77 for the mower and 129.20 for the bagger. i don't understand this receipt. - willard mauney - posted 41 months ago

I went to Sears Outlet on 1/17/2011 after my home refrigerator/freezer stopped working the previous day. Tyrus was my helper and sales assistant. He even plugged in the unit for me so i could see/hear for myself that the unit was not noisy. We ordered replacement door handles for the scratched current ones and touch up paint for the small scratches on the unit. I've seen all the negative comments regarding redeeming points, and I was very disappointed in trying to redeem my points on Searschoicerewards.com. It can't be done! However, I called the 1-888-846-7928 phone number on my statement right next to the Rewards Summary, and after a short wait, I was able to speak with a customer rep. on two separate occasions, and they both were VERY helpful.Sometimes it pays to read your statement. Michael Crever the manager of the Sears outlet store in Rome, NY is a gentleman and an excellent resolver of problems. On a scale of one to ten, ten being the best I would absolutely give Michael a ten for his excellent service and attention to customer issues.....good work.
