On 1/20/11 Chris #0656561, repaired my refridgerator. He was very friendly, and explained exactly what was wrong and what he would have to do to fix it. My home warrenty co. initially did not want to pay for the repair, but Chris worked through that and they did agree to pay. i would like to say that Sunrisemall sears does not train their employees very well. i bought an item the other day and recieved the worst service from the saleman," if you want to call him that." He was rude, unknowlegable of the product and had an attitude like i was interupting his night of just standing around and not helping customers. i bought the product based on my own preference of what i liked. yesterday i took the product back because my wife and i were not happy with it, maybe is this so called salesman had demenstrated it to us first we would have made a different choice. I went to Sears in the roseville galleria and bought another of the same item but different style from a gentleman who could'nt wait to help us. He did everything awsome including a diminstration. went to sears in rochester,mn.at the mall and was interested in a new sewing machine, Our salesman was quick to greet us and to show us all the machines. All my questions were answered and we he did not know he quickly went to ask his manager for us. I was very pleased with the professional and courtesy manner in which Jeremy and Ozzie delivered my new Galaxy Electric stove to 1302 McKie Cove in Austin, TX.
They were on time in the window of time provided to me.
They connected the stove and explained why they let the oven of the stove burn for twenty minutes.

I brought a Vac.Hose for my husband shopvac. it took 3 weeks to come in than it was the wrong size it was a 21 in. instead of 10 in. they would not give us our money back I turned this over to visa and they credied our account than I went to the store . 3 people jumped all over me I got the price of the hose back. the store is in Alamogordo, Nm on first street.very hateful people. was going to buy washer and dryer but after this they lost a good sale, don't see how people like this have a store. I will tell everyone I see not to go there. On Oct.13, 2011 I had a scheduled Sears repairman fix a problem with my washer. Technician # 0932202. He came on the time scheduled and fixed the problem (replaced worn aggitaor dogs). He was very efficient and explained what was causing the problem. He also commented that even though the machine was 12 yrs old it was in great condition, problable due to the fact that we have soft water. Tech #2535, Mark fixed my Kenmore range front class panel! He was awesome and most accomidating for the time that I needed him there. Sears' "National Call Center" AND "resolution hotline" could learn a few things from the acutal people HELPING the cusumers and making a difference. If it wasn't for the GREAT service I recieved from Mark I wouldn't be guying ANY more Sears appliances. Doug was the repairman that came to fix my oven. He was a gentleman. I told him my husband passes away oct 7 and he was ver sympathetic and caring. He fixed the stove without delay. I think after years of repairmen coming to my home Doug was the best. He has people skills and is very easy to be around.
