I am very dissapointed in the new two in one Shark Vacuum I purchased. The battery , when chargin for days, only runs about ten minute's .Is this normal?

I have the first Shark small sweeper, have had it for years. The batter stay's charged for up to a week.

I have to put the battery on charge and wait to finish my cleaning.

I have had a shark pocket steam mop S3501, for 1 yr. I have had shark items in the past and had no problems, however, I have used this mop approximately 10 times in a year and it just stopped working. I emailed the Shark website and no response. I will never buy another Shark and I will also tell everyone I know. The least they could have done is responded to me. - Donna - posted 27 months ago

We have the Shark model S3501C0 steam mop and seemed to work fine until recently when the unit seemed to "plug-up" and steam was rising from tank and not the mop head. Called customer service and spoke to three different people..all in New Deli, India, none of them understood my problem and promises to call back were not kept. Even tried the chat line for EURO-PRO, but the only suggestion they could make was to call customer service...not even a recommendation for a repair facility! This is the last product I will buy made by EURO-PRO. It is bad enough to have the product break but their customer service is lousy. About 6 months ago I bought the shark (sc630w). Worked fine the 1st few times, recently I used it to clean the tray of a baby jumperoo, to disinfect it as it had been in storage. Job was just about done when the steamer backed-up n steam went everywhere, got a small burn on my hand, I called the 800 number, they were very rude, as soon as I said I was burnt, I was hung up on, even by a manager as I had called 4 times. Finally I called the BBB, which they gave me a number to Euro Headquarters. I spoke with a very nice lady who sent me out a newer model, along with a steam kit pkg. When I recieved it , I was surprised to see I was also sent a steam mop.. I was happy with the service I got from Headquarters but I do agree with T Malone, their outsouce service is very bad, let alone rude. The Cordless Stik-Vac is a piece of junk. The battery lasts about ten minutes. I bought another battery and the same. It WILL NOT do carpets, even the lowest naps the belt stops. Bought new belts...guess what..still won't do carpets. I had a cordless sweeper for years...worked great. This one does NOT. Igot this s3601 mop and it is JUNK it will work for a little while then i have to take it a part and run a wire down thouth it to get to work foe a while longer. This is only 6 mo. old . I don;t anybody should buy one of these products. Thank

Received your Shark steam mop model S3251K for Christmas (a personal purchase)and tried to use it today for the second time. The link between the handle and the mop head came apart on my inital attempt to wip the floor. (picture attached) Was happy with the first use and was considering recommending it to some of my friends. Will have to rethink now!! After examination my husband responded that it very poorly designed at that point (very weak link) and he should know as he is a mechanical engineer. Guess I should have consulted this site before Christmas and saw some of the reviews posted. What resort do I have? Seems like the best place for it is the garbage!!!!!!!!!!! I bought the cordless VX63 SERIES . THE BATTERY DIDN'T LAST FOR ONLY 10 MIN.... BUT THE COMPANY READ MY COMMENT AND CALLED ME , AND SENT ME A BRAND NEW ONE , AND THIS BATTERY LASTS FOR AT LEAST 20 MIN.
