Www.TellWag.com is the survey website for Walgreens where you can leave a feedback and tell Walgreens how they are doing in this customer satisfaction survey. There is a a monthly sweepstakes cash prize of $3,000 with a winner determine every month. In order to complete the survey, you will need to have a receipt on hand and then visit www.TellWag.com and enter in your survey number and password. Please note that there are two time constraints you have to remember. One is that you need to complete the survey within 72 hours of getting your receipt. Your pharmacy on Sylvan & Coffee R. in Modesto are a mess.
Waited one week for them to get straightened, luckily Kelly who works there cared to figure out what what was wrong, no one else in pharmacy cared, just stood at computer & argued.

I am pleased with the service I receive anytime I go to Walgreen's. I would comment that the (male)Pharmacy staff could be friendlier and more helpful. They rarely smile and could act like they enjoy their work a bit more. This is the 3rd time that I have gone to this Walgreens store and received excellent service in the photo department. They are very helpful and they get your pictures printed while you wait. I have been to the Stoneham MA 02180 Walgreen store on Main Street a number of times to have my photo's developed. Mike McCarthy has been one of the most helpful person you can imagine. He is so patient with us older folks who are electronically challenged. Walgreens should be proud of a employee like Mike, always helpful, cheerful and willing to take the time always to help you out. You advertised Scott toilet paper on sale for $5.99 a couple of weeks ago. When we shopped, they only had two packs, so we got a rain check. they said the delivery truck would be in Saturday with more. So we went back Saturday and they only got in four packs. I shop at the High Ridge Walgreens in High Ridge, MO.
Beth always helps me with the photo machines when I need to make copies of prints. Yesterday,6-16-11, I used the machines with ease and placed my order. However, I forgot to enter my coupon code for 4x6 prints, so Beth offered to do it for me! When I picked up my photo order, she explained that I hadn't ordered enough 4x6 prints to qualify for the coupon discount, but that I HAD ordered so many 8x10 photos that I qualified for a coupon I hadn't seen and she applied that instead. It was a large order and because of her quick thinking and customer consideration, I was able to save over $20 on my order!

I visit Walgreens in our area frequently for pick up of RX orders. I like your automatic refill system. One particular Asian employee is the best. He is personable, and remembers customers by name. He makes up for the negative behavior of one employee who continually asks for address (i understand the importance), birthdate, and phone number in earshot of any number of customers waiting in line.
Yesterday, I had to make 3 trips to the pharmacy to get a much needed antibiotic medication for my husband. I went between Dr. and pharmacy when your company employees claimed they had not rec'd the order.
The good of your company far outweighs the negative. I will continue to shop there, but I am sure that you want to be aware of things that can be improved.

My comment is how Walgreens and it's employees managed to screw up the eight disposable cameras that I was very specific about how I wanted ALL of the pictures from eight cameras put on one disc. Seems like a simple task. I was told yes we can do this. I explained why I did not want eight discs each one with 27 pictures on it. I want ALL of the pictures from the eight cameras on one disc. I told the Walgreens empolyee do you understand why I don't want them on eight different discs. If you can't put them on one disc then I will find some one else who can. I will pay more money what ever it takes to get them ALL on one disc. Yes was the answer much more convenient for them on one disc he replied. I left my cell phone # Please call me if there are any problems. I received no phone call. When I went to pick up pictures the next day each camera was developed with one picture each and put on to eight individual dics. Just what I did not want and what I was asking not to happen. I was then told that there was know way that we could put them on one disc there machine would just not do that. So if I want the pictures of my wedding I would have to except them the way they are we can make know changes. So I pay for the pictures at least I have them not what I asked for but at least I have them. I bring the pictures home and explain to every one how Walgreens can't put more then 27 pictures on a disc they are not capable of listening and following instructions even when they are writing down the instructions as I speak. I am laughed at. Look John here is a disc with the same Walgreens packaging as I received with the receit taped to the front of it with the same store #10455. Dated 7/2/11 not less then 2 weeks ago and they put over 250 pictures on one disc. I am just in shock. Not only did the Walgreens employees not follow simple instructions and they failed to call me if they could not follow those instructions I was looked at by 3 different employees and all of them lied to me there is know way we can put all these pictures on one disc. Well you can put all of these pictures on one disc and Walgreens can and has done this in the past. I have the proof right in front of me. This is very simple. When you screw up fix it don't lie to me and say it can't be done and that is 3 different employees that did so. Now the ? is do we trust Walgreens again. We live very close to this Walgreens store and have been a long term customer both for Pharmacy and for other conveniences. I don't think we can. I don't like being lied to. It's so much simpler to just fix your mistake and keep the customer. Like I said if I have to pay more for what I wanted then I would. If you can't provide then say so and call me and I would have gone some where else. There is no reason for this to have happened. I can know longer trust Walgreens. John

My Comments is I've been in hospital for 4 day's Very sick Diabetes type2 my glucose was in the 400-500 range and many other dignoses but the meds they gave I had to follow up well my med were called in ahead of time but since it was sunday pharmacy closes early so I my daught tok my prescripsion their 7-10-11 they said it would take 1hr 1/2 well my auther came home and 6hrs later no call 3am she went back and only got 1 presripsion 13 more to fill and had to wait 30min for 10 more and said I have to come back the next day i got call 3:30 pm 8 more and I was sick and scard to drive because I felt that I had road rag and was a danger on the road but I desperatly needed my meds I was very unhappy need better customer care - Rosemary Navarro - posted 20 months ago

At the the register it didn't have the sale price recorded. I had the ad and it was immediately corrected. I am happy with the way it was handled.

the walgreens in lewisville on cross plains and valley have the rudest and most hateful pharamacy i have ever dealt with ever. we trade there because it is convient and my husband travels and there is usually a walgreens available if he needs his medicine. but after our experience today, (this is the 2nd time they shortchanged us on his medicine that we hacve caught), after talking with them we are transferring all our prescriptions to CVS. we no longer trust them and we certainly do not have to put up with their rudeness. - NANCY BETHEA - posted 18 months ago

The "tellwag" website is a joke. I may be electronically challenged but, I am not stupid. I tried every link and did not have a clue as to where this "survey" is located. So I went to my cell phone and did the survey. As far as I know using the toll free telephone number...if you have one on your receipt with a landline or cell is the only way to get your survey done. This may increase my competition because more people will do the survey, so what...God sees everything and it's good Karma.
