If you were invited to visit the survey website, you should have an offer on the receipt. By completing the survey for Subway, you will be given a redemption code that will basically validate the offer on your receipt.
You should write down this redemption code so that you can redeem the offer. The offer is only redeemable from the Subway location that you visited and so do not take the offer to another location as it will not be honored. To get started, type in your Subway store number that is found on the top left corner of the receipt. When you are done with the survey, you will be given a redemption code.
