Is this a ripoff site or what? For years I have eaten at BK restaurants and taken the phone in survey when offered. I felt that this is fair compensation for being an unofficial mystery shopper and makes the meal a reasonable value. Recently BK has changed to the Talus web site which for the last three and only times that I have gone on line has told me that the survey is closed. I think that BK makes the best fish sandwich but you can find better hamburgers elsewhere so if I am to pay full price I will be going elsewhere.

To whom it may concern,
My daughter and I came to the Burger King at 1448 North 48th street this morning. We had just left the doctors office, picked up her prescription, then on my way to take her back to school.
I pulled up to the drive through, ordered 2 small waters.(so that my daughter could take her medicine before returning to school) The attendant Chris commented"thanks for making us your hydration station" sarcasticely...We pull up to the window, as he hands me our drinks, he tells me since he did me a favor and gave me free water(which I would have payed for it)he gives me this survey...and tells me to fill it out and say how good he was. In all of this bad experience...I was tring to ask for a napkin...all I got was the window shut in my face...I rate this store a 2....Not a good experience...Will not come back.

5963 We stopped at the Burger King in Jefferson City, TN after a very long day at the doctors office and the hospital for testing. We had not had anything to eat since it was a trip to the doctor and had to fast for blood work and then to the hospital for further tests and was gone all day and starving. I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes and they never took my order. I went inside and complained that I sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Ate at Missisippi BK at Diamondhead exit at 7 am on 4/9/2011. The ladies bathroom was horrible. Light in bathroom was out, so only 1 light was lit, toilet seats were all scratched up,the paper towel dipsenser was hanging, HANGING by 1 screw in wall. When we ate in the BK, we asked for napkins bcause we could not find them, and we were told they were only behind the counter. I have been doing the coupons for several years now--the old phone way and have enjoyed using them each month. BUUUUUUUUT now that they are ONLY online In the last 2 months I was only able to get into the sight only to find out that every time--it has completed the quota for then--how come EVERY time you have met your quota ?????? I think this is your way of not getting business as you are deliberately denying your "Loyal Customers" this little bit of reward. On Monday my wife and I stopped at the Burger King on the Kirkwood Highway store #466. we ordered 2 salads. It was the worst salad that we have ever had. The lettuce was brown in a lot of areas and it tasted like it was in the freezer and then put out to defrost. today 02/16/12 at 07:02 pm I went to the satx bk store#4995 and used my receipt from a previous purchase. I did the survey to get a free whooper and received the code to write on back of the receipt. I went back the bk store 4995 and order small drink and med fry with the free whooper. The employee "Josh" handed over the bag with whooper and med fry then shut the window. I proceed to go home and went I got home I realized he didn't give me the small drink. The whooper also contained mayonnaise which I requested mustard and that was very displeasing to me uggy mayonnaise. I ate I was starving and angry. afterward I drove back to bk asked for the manager and the young lady said she is the manager (Karrie-didn't get her last name, she seem off taken and didn't want to scare her)i asked her the yound mans name since she was working with him side by side and responded she didn't know...I knew then she lied of her management position. I was angry of not receiving my small drink and having to pay for the med size fry of 3.44 and mayonnaise on my burger, and still having to drive back to complain and waste gas and time. This is my 1st problem with bk, I will still return to bk, however, I hope not to encounter these two people. I called the phone# 3 times on the receipt for any comments and kept getting a faxing beeping sounds.
