WENT TO STORE 118 THIS PAST SATURDAY. BOUGHT OVER $100 WORTH OF STUFF. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE TERRIBLE...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. THEY TALK LIKE ROBOTS. Store 715 for over 25 years as Vic's Selfchem was friendly and would engage in conversation and staff was extremely helpful. Marty is still there but always has a line of customers waiting to talk to him. Since Leslie bought the place I find no need to go out of my way to visit this store unless Marty is there and I have a specific question.

Pump quit working shortly after I left for a week. Assumed the capicator failed since it happened before. Tech was unavailable for about a week. Since I could not wait that long, I took the pump and motor off and took it to your stoe in Palm Harbor,FL and they replace the capicator the same afternoon. I reinstalled the pump and motor but unfortunately it still did not work. I returned to the store and they replaced the motor and a worn seal and missing "O" ring that afternoon. I was bs'd into buying a big new system that runs only with salt etc, etc, saving money on chemicals according to them. the system has never worked,my pool is green,no one answers the phone, we get promises they will come out and they don't, will never buy from Leslie's Pool ever. - Dora Carrillo - posted 21 months ago
