www.AutoZoneCares.com is the survey website of AutoZone Auto Parts Store.  This survey website is to collect feedback from customers who had made purchases at its retail stores.  Along with the survey, there is a chance to participate in the AutoZone Fall 2010 Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes and stand to win the grand prize of $10,000 in cash.  To participate in this survey, you need to fulfill certain criteria spelt out in the official rules of the sweepstakes at www.autozonecares.com.  For example, the first rule is that you have to be a legal resident of 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.  Secondly, you have to be 21 years old or older. 

Once you clicked continue www.autozonecares.com webpage, you have to key in the 17 digit reference number on your receipt to participate online in the survey and the sweepstakes.   The  Sweepstakes period is from September 1 till November 30, 2010.  You can also take part in this survey through phone or mail.
