Ate at captain D's on southside on 3/7/11
I ordered lightly battered 4 piece fish dish.
well it didn't take a min to get my food and it was
Not Good at all it was not lightly battered, I ate only the fish inside the batter left the whold plate of batter.
I showed it to them and told them. I should have went to Preston Hwy's captain D's they always do what you want.

I ordered 2 takeout dinners of double dozen shrimp, when I got home I found they were over cooked to a crisp. Since we live 5 miles away it would be 10 mile round trip to take them back so they were a total waste. - edwin besancon - posted 22 months ago

We bought Make It a Feast yesterday that we get most Sundays. This time got home with only 4 baked potatoes instead of 6. Slaw container not filled to top, and tartar sauce and seafood sauce only filled 1/2 full. They are always full in previous orders. Disappointed we got short-changed. With this feast order we need sauces and really need more than the usual containers but with sauces not full and potatoes mising we felt very disappointed. We love Captain D's food - huspuppies are great, slaw is great, fish is great, baked potatoes are great. So please be sure containers are full for the Make It a Feast order!

WE BOUGHT 2 BAYOU SND GOT HOME AND WE HAD 2 PLAIN FISH SANDWICHES WE CALLED TOLD THEM WE WERE COMING BACK GOT THERE WAITED 15 MIN WAS ASKED WHAT WERE WE WAITING FOR TOLD THEM THE SANDWICHES .THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 15 MIN WAITED FOR THEM AND WHEN WE GOT HOME ONE OF THE BUNS WAS HARD AS A ROCK AND THERE WAS MAYBE 4 ONION STRAWS ON EACH ONE .VEREY DISAPOINTED WHITH THE WHOLE SERVICE. On 7/29/11, went to Captain D's store 354874 on Union Ave., Memphis. Ordered a Bayou combo, on the sandwich, there were no onion straws and the tomato must have been the last, because it was two pieces but they didn't make a whole slice. I ordered a coke, but when I got home, it was tea. I don't drink tea. To far and to late to go back. Also, didn't taste the Remoulade Sauce. Couldn't take the survey because the numbers that was requested was not on ticket because the ticket was torn off improperly. But as a whole, the sandwich and okra was good. Went to the Captain D's on New Circle Rd. in Lexington, Kentucky and the food sucked. The chicken was old and hard, the shrimp was greasie and they didn't put the top on the greenbeans so my food was soggy. Called to complain and not no results there. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!
