It was a long wait but was well worth it. The fabric choices were very nice, the salesman who helped us was very helpful. Once we picked our fabric, the wait was long, but understandable. When the delivery time was set up, they arrived right on time and were very professional. Wonderful product and people to deal with. Any future purchases will be with LazBoy for sure. Thank you. JUST BOUGHT MAVRICK RECLINER --BEST CONFORT OF 4 PREVIOUS OWNED LAZYBOYS - WAYNE RINK - posted 32 months ago
Bought recliner last week for my husband. The chair is very comfortable for someone his height (6'3") and the fabric is soft and looks durable. The delivery crew were expecially helpful, moving his old recliner for us and re-attaching the sections of our lazy boy sectional sofa.
Thank you! - julie dunaway - posted 31 months ago
Very disappointed and confused as Braden Power Reclining Chair stop working and it is LESS than a week old. Now I am told I have to wait another week for a service technician to check out the problem. This is not the customer service I expected from LazyBoy. - Joseph and Dorothy Enney - posted 28 months ago
Got a recliner for bedroom, the material was a special order, couldn't have asked for more. The sales lady we had to help us is a 1 in a hundred. Wasn't in a hurry to get us out the door. Showed us various materials to go with the chair. Explained things to the fullest and knew what she was doing. With the delivery - they called and said they would be here and was at the time they stated. Delivery men were very professional and made sure it was right before they left. Most of our furniture is La-Z-Boy because of the quality and durablity. - Mal Lenz - posted 28 months ago
We bought the Astor recliner, which is my husband's favorite. We have waited quiet some time for this chair. When we got it home we found that the footrest was lower on the right side by over 1 inch. It was very noticable. I called La-Z-Boy of Springdale, Ar. and was told that I would have to bring the chair back to see if it could be fixed. This is 140 mile round trip for us. I feel that La-Z-Boy should make a service call and stand behind chair. I am very disappointed in this service. - Carolyn Stricklen - posted 27 months ago

We, my mom and I got my dad a Lazy Boy recliner as a gift, many years ago. We have had many recliners since then, the Lazy Boy was the best of them all. I was a teenager when we got that recliner, it is the only one I remember the name of, and what it looked like. It was very sturdy, I used to put my feet on the edge of the leg rest(they were always telling me I would break it). I did not break the Lazy Boy. It was a great chair.-Coralene Whitfield - Coralene Whitfield - posted 20 months ago
AFTER BUYING A RECLINER SOFA,I WAS VERY UPSET AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS,THE PADDING ON THE ARM REST SANK AND I FELT THE WOOD EACH TIME I PLACED MY ARM ON IT AND THE PADDING ON THE FOOT REST ALSO SANK. I'M THE ONLY ONE LIVING IN MY HOME. A SREVICE MAN CAME AND TRYED TO REPAIR IT, BUT WITHIN TWO MONTHS IT WAS THE SAME WAY. LAZY BOY OFFERED A SOFA EXCHANGE. WHEN THE NEW SOFA ARRIVED. THE DELIVERY CREW FROM NEW JERSEY,AFTER 45 MINUTES AND THE REMOVAL OF THE DAMAGED SOFA. THEY INFORMED ME IT WAS IMPOSABLE TO GET THE NEW SOFA THROUGH MY DOORWAY. THEY STATED IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO REMOVE THE DOOR AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TIME,THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. I WAS VERY,VERY UPSET. THEY ALSO STATED THEY COULD NOT RREMOVE THE LEGS BECAUSE THE DRILL THEY HAD DID NOT WORK. THE DELIVERY MAN NAMED ENRICO,STATED HE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DEFECTIVE DRILL FOR MONTHS WITH NO RESULTS. I LET THEM USE MY NEW DRILL AND THEY STILL COULD NOT REMOVE THE LEGS.DO TO THE LARGE TRUCK BLOCKING MY STREET FOR ALMOST A HOUR,MY NEIGHBORS ASK WHAT THE TROUBLE WAS AND STATED THAT SOFA CAN GET THROUGHT THE DOOR.I NEEDED A SOFA,SO MY NEIGHBORS STATED THEY WOULD BRING THE SOFA INTO MY HOME.THE DELIVERY CREW LEFT AND BEFORE THEY WERE OFF MY STREET MY NEIGHBORS HAD THE SOFA IN MY HOME BY SIMPLY REMOVING THE THREE HINGES ON MY DOOR.I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU PAYED THE DELIVERY CREW,BUT IT WAS TO MUCH.I PAYED MY NEIGHBORS 20.00 DOLLARS AND IT WAS DONE IN TEN MINUTES.I WAS VERY,VERY UPSET WITH LAZY-BOY.THE STAFF FROM THE LANCASTER,PA STORE AND FROM CORPORATE WERE WONDER WITH ME AND THE EXCHANGE. THIS WAS AN AWFUL,AWFUL EXPERENCE WITH AN EXTRA EXPENSE FOR ME. - Teresa Stafford - posted 20 months ago

Just bought recliner.Got it to match the rest of our set. I do not like it. For a 500 dollar chair, it seems to be worth$200. It's so loud when we release it, the dogs jump. It doesn"t lock into position. If I move, it moves. The bottom cushion doesn't have much cushion. I'm average weight and I feel a bump when I sit down. We had a New Englander and the quality far surpass yours. Sorry. Going to deal with it because I don't feel like arguing with anybody but it really is a big disappointment - sandra davis - posted 20 months ago
We've purchased Lazyboy furniture before. We still have one of the recliners we just recently replaced for our L.R.
The two new chairs are not the quality of the old one's. The new chairs creak and pop when you set in them. They are the proportioned models....since we are small in stature. Don't know why they would be any different than the older chairs we had...they were not the proportioned models. ??? - Larry Thomas - posted 19 months ago
Received my rocker recliner lazy boy. I love it. I bought it on an radio auction. It was a $600.00 chair and I got it for 250.00 and only had to pay $40.00 delivery fee. It was well with it. I have stairs to get to the house. Very happy. - Brenda Williams - posted 18 months ago

I've waited far to long to enjoy owning a La-z-boy Reclina-Rocker. My local dealer at Iowa Falls,IA.,Adams Bros.,can't be beat! - Donald L.Meyer - posted 11 months ago
I like the sofa, recliner, stereo stand, hall table and lamp I bought. The designer, David did an excellent job. Doreen, the saleslady, was very helpful but was a bit lacking in product knowledge. As a result. the chair don't have an intermediate position for the footrest which I really wanted, but does have a glide function which is nice but I'd rather have had the intermediate position legrest.
Delivery scheduling was a pain and quite unsatisfactory althought both deliveries were fine and the deliverymen very helpful and competent. I custom ordered my furniture on Sept 8, 2011, was told it was in the warehouse on Nov 10 but it wasn't delivered until Nov. 22 because they only deliver from the store to the shipping warehouse on Thursdays. Then they sent the wrong matress for the sofabed and even though I talked to the saleslady on Nov. 23, it was Dec 8 before they could deliver because I had to dedicate an entire day for the delivery. Can You not schedule within a half day? Even Bell And Rogers, as lousy as their service is, can schedule within a half day. - Walt Abrams - posted 10 months ago
I just purchased matching La-Z Boy recliners for my wife and I. The colors match our home perfectly. We tried them immediately and I dropped off for a nap so fast I was surprised. The store person who helped us was so nice and so patient as we tried many chairs. It was difficult to make up our mind. We are very pleased with our purchase. - Darrel Trebbe - posted 9 months ago
We just bought our third la-ZBoy lounger, like it but every chair we have bought is clearly cheaper in the way they are made. The current being mediocre, no covers for the arms or the top of the chair to catch the hair oil..we were told we could buy them extra...If la-ZBoy wants to keep there customers they have to stop going with the current trend of cheap, disposables!!! We want to buy american made things but if it isn't made better than the 'made in china' junk, why go to the extra expense...very disappointed. - Linda Tippey - posted 9 months ago
I had a problem with Lazy Boy after buying a 4000 dollar leather set it faded in months.we had taken out the coverage but they refused to give us a new sofa or do anything about it.But we had a noise coming from one side so they did send a guy over who oiled it.but never put anything down when I moved my sofa to clean my brand new carpet that was expensive an upgrade was stained with oil.they never did anything about it.I am tired of buying new furniture that is defective. - nancy Santora - posted 9 months ago
I have bought A new recliner from Lazy Boy . It was a heat and massage chair, Took it home and found we did not have the cord .Had to make a return trip to get the cord .seem very nice chair so far but wish they had included a info instruction on the control functions . - Alfred St.Pierre - posted 8 months ago
We just recently purchased three pieces (1 sofa 1 love seat and 1 leather recliner) and about went about a month later and purchased a mission style chair/recliner.All of this furniture is without a doubt the best we ever purchased. The workmanship and quality is the very best, plus its made in the USA,I would highly recommend Lazy Boy to any one contemplating new furniture.Bye the way are salesman,Chris Roberts, of your Latham,NY store could not do enough to help us with pattern and color choices,Great experience!!!! - john waugh - posted 7 months ago
I've been a marketing professional for years; and can't tell you how impressed I was with your sales and delivery staff. When my chair arrived, delivery asked me to sign off it if it was delivered in good shape. It was as far as a quick check indicated. However, the first time that I reclined, two area were frayed at the seams. I called the story and they're delivering another chair. The two young men - James and Charles were extremely nice; showing how to adjust the recliner, gave us their sales pitch and literature, and shook hands as they left. Bought my 6th LBR for an upcoming knee surgery. Had the chair several weeks before the surgery to be certain it was comfortable and worked well. Everything was O.K. until the 4th day after my surgery when, after sleeping for the first time for more than an hour at a time, I was awaken by being thrown to the floor, backwards. This wasn't something that happened by sitting down in the chair and reclining, it happend AFTER I had been sleeping in the chair for almost 5 hours. Called the store where I bought the chair from and, here we go, a good old fashion run around. "I can't help you, you have to call the service department." I left a message and we'll see how the service department responds, I am NOT encouraged. Seems like the Gallery takes your money and the service department will keep from owning up to any problems you have. I'll wait until I hear back from them tomorrow morning; if they even return my call. The sales manager was quite polite, but no help at all. It wasn't her problem, it was a "corporate" problem. - Dave Ludwig - posted 7 days ago
