I do enjoy very much shopping at Pier 1. It is the only place I buy my diffusers for my home. I love the fragrance and I do enjoy the beautiful things they sell. I'm unhappy. I bought a Pappa-san chair. The second day it started to break down. First a part of the frame pulled apart when I sat down; a staple pulled out. I straightened the staple and reinserted it into the holes; I then used a part of the blue ties that had been used to wrap the order to tie the weak area securely. For a day, things were fine. Then disaster struck; a radial dowel that was supposed to be one piece,sure wasn't. The assembler had used glue to stick an extra 12inch piece on the end; then he or she painted it to make it look like one piece. This held for a day or two but then broke suddenly. If there was such a thing as a 2inch wide metal ring clamp, I could have fixed it, but only l/2inch width is made. I'd have brought it back before the 30days, but my brother lives up north and could not get down here in time. Whoever supplies the Pappa-Sans to you needs to stop cheating.
