My wife and I visited the Wheeling store Saturday Dec 10. We wanted to buy a specific tent and the salesman Ed Miller helped us find it. None were available in the store but with his help, we bought it at the Customer Service Center in the store and picked it up at the Distribution Center a few minutes later - and it was on sale! Rick in fishing, helped me to find a scale that I wanted to buy as a gift on Dec 18th. Other sales associates were locked in on attractive women. Rick walked past a blonde and a brunette to help me find my purchase.

Outstanding people that work in this store and Martiy being one of them. What ever your doing to build the team, its working, the best investment of any company in America, are its personnel. Becuase of the service I received and how Martiy handle himself at check out, make me want to come back again. Am a shopper not only quality but price also, with this recent shopping I was held back with my own money ceiling and was prepared to put items back in order to keep within my budget, and becuase of Martiy at out, I decided to hold the course and buy everything that I had brought to the counter. I was at the Richfield Wi store. I had to make a return because the merchandise was flawed. They were wonderful, the employees actually walked to the display so I could pick out a new one. I also had to exchange a pr of boots, the shoe dept staff remeasured me and helped me find what I will tell all my firneds about what great service I got. Thanks, Becky Kranz

Yvette at the Hammond store has given me excellent service on a numerous occasions. She is not Bubbly or Giddy---but she knows her stuff and I like to order things thru the Hammond store. She has gone the extra mile to make sure the discount programs apply or in some cases, don't apply, but whatever she says she has done homework on and really knows what will work or what will not....I dislike the overly friendly people that cannot say no then 3 weeks later you have no product -no discount no anything. My wife & I were in the Rogers, MN store this afternoon. I had to return something,
but didn't have my receipt. The fellow at the service desk patiently looked back on
my purchases done on my Cabela's card, & found the item in question, & credited
my account. He was very nice to deal with. Then I asked another guy to help me find some gun cleaning supplies, & instead of pointing me in the direction of where
they were, he walked me right to them. Lastly, a gal named Kerstin at the cash register, double checked the price on a jacket I was buying, that should've rung

Our cashier ERICA A. was with us for one hour attempting to straighten out our Cabela's credit card with the bank. Many phone calls, and many times being shifted from one person on the phone to as many as four different people, Erica A. perserveired and did not become flustered. It took four seperate phone calls, but in the end, Erica A. was the victor. My wife and I can not say enough for her as an employee and a wonderful person. I just,like to express my gratitude for the service I recieved shopping at your Hoffman Estates facility. I was greeted at the entrance with the upmost courtesy & respect.I then was escorted to the gun display area for assistance.The employee I would like to praise most,is Rob Clothier. We were in the Dundee,Michigan store today 3-16-11. We were both looking for new tennis shoes. Carol Mickeleson approached us,she went above and beyond to find us what we needed!!!!! She pointed out not only the greatest shoe inserts that my hubby has ever had, she also pointed out wonderful socks for us. She was very educated on the shoes and how to read the numbers,what to look for etc. She was great in finding great deals on the socks too!!! She was amazing, and had a wonderful,calming personality. I was asked by your sales representative to complete a survey on his behalf when I got home. I was more than willing to do that because I did have a favorable gun buying experience. What I discovered after 3 different attempts was a very invasive questionaire about my household. Sad that I gave up on any favorable comments that I had to be exposed to your attempts of my privacy.

I visited the WVA store on 4/30/11 and had a great time looking around. I found all the items I was looking to buy that day. I am interested in handguns, and found it difficult to get help at that counter. When I did, the clerk was misinformed about the gun I asked about. The Scarborough Maine store sales flyer listed items such as, ammo, shorts, and a ladies shirt that I made the trip to buy, imagine my ire when I was told that they didn't have these items in stock. I received a invitation to the grand opening of the Springfield Oregon store on May 4 2011. The store was really packed with people. I chose a used shotgun started the paper work at approx. 9;30 am and the problems started there. The paperwork was checked and rechecked three times in the gun room office which took almost one hour.{that was OK I know the paperwork needs to be correct, But} the I had to go out to the gun counter to make the payment. The line there was even longer. Every one was waiting in line when the cabala's sales people were bringing other people up to the counter in front of us. I can tell you that didn't go over well with the people standing in line. After being in line for almost three hours I advised the lady checking us out that I have diabetes and could not wait any longer because I needed to have something to eat, She told me I would have to wait I advised her that I had already been waiting three hours. I then told her to cancel my order that I couldn't wait any longer. The next gentleman gave me his turn and I was able to complete my purchase and leave. I have been to the Reno Nevada store several times and have never been treated like this. I will always love my Cabala's store, and will continue to visit Cabala's on the Internet, But I will not ever visit the store in Springfield Oregon,{witch is 120 miles from my house

From when I walked in the front door from the mall area it was a mad house and the staff was doing a great job. I personaly got help by Jesse and she got me to BJ and got my skining set of light knifes to sking my catch or my deer. It was very intersesting but croweded and I went back the next day. I have shopped at different Cabelas stores thru out the years. My sons are the hunters in our family and when I need a gift for them-Cabelas is where I go. I always receive professional and friendly service. I can ship what ever I purchase right from your store to their door. In todays economical situation,it's nice to be able to shop at your store personally or use you catalog or go online for what I need. I always know that when my sons get a package from Cabelas that I will be getting a phone call THANKING me and telling me what a Great mom I am for knowing just what they wanted.
