Your Eastpoint store is great and all the ladies are very polite and always say hello when you enter the store. I average about twice in your store. Now for the $2.00 coupon it is impossible to find it and I have spent one hour today and last night 2 hrs. It is not worth it and have spoken to the store and they asked me to try again. I shop at Hallmark all the time as I send out quite a lot

I am trying to complete your survey of which I have not found to respond to. My store, Matthews Hallmark #69 in Phillipsburg, NJ is always helpful and suggestions are forthcoming. People are congenial and always willing to help in finding what you need. Your response by telephone by much easier to do. I have always enjoyed shopping at the Niles Hallmark store. I am always greeted as a family member by the owner and his clerks. I too, cannot find the site for the coupon offer from my yesterday's purchase - I'm in the same position as my predecessor, jb bauman.

I will receive $2 off my next Hallmark purchase if I complete the survey in 3 days. Where is the survey??? I have shopped Hallmark for more years than I can count. My store is Amy's Hallmark #100 and Amy's Hallmark #315 both in Mansfield,OH. The girls in both stores are wonderful. Now its your turn to make this survey right and not cheat us out of our coupons as we have earned them by shopping at your stores !What is the problem ????? You sure do like the $'s you make off of us but a different story when it comes to following thru on Survey Coupons. Bought 2 of the new lighted snow globe (snowmen). The ones that change color and the snow glitters blow around inside the snowman automatically. Used 1 last night, had it on about an hour, turned it off and when I went to turn it back on this evening, the blower in it doesn't work now! The other one I bought as a gift, I am now using to see if it too will break in an hour! At $15 bucks a piece plus the purchase of 3 cards per snowman, I am not pleased. Hello,
I am the mother of two sons. My oldest son is getting married this summer. When I was looking at wedding cards at my local store, I found cards entitled "For Daughter on her Wedding Day" and for "Daughter and Son-in-law on their wedding". Not anywhere could I find a card to "Son on his wedding" or "Son and Daughter-in-law on their wedding". What gives? Is this not biased? Please know that we mothers of sons love to give cards and shower them with love as much as mothers of daughters. Thank you....I hope to purchase a card for my son this spring......
