I purchased a pair of glasses from Eyemaster #021, located in Irvin Texas... I purchased them in Nov of 2010, back in August of 2011 i had to take my glasses back to the store & had to get the lenses replaced due to the transistional tinting on the glasses started seperating between the lenses. Well, it has been another 8 months and the newly replaced lenses have done the same thing as the first set (I was told the first time that this was due to a process error of application. I went into the store o earlier this week and informed the manager & she told me that they were not going to replace my lenses, even though the new ones were less than one year old (I did purchase the 1 year warranty). Iphoned the 1-800-669-1183 number & spoke with someone at what was said to be the corperate office; first time the lady said they would not replace them even though they were less than a year old; the second time i called the gentleman said he would see what he could do, and then give me a call back (been since earlier this week & still haven't heard from him).... seems like i am getting a big run around from Eyemasters due to their transistional lenses seem to only last me 7 to 8 months before problem appears
