I have always believed in HP. until NOW. I am the proud owner of a HP it is the only brand of computers that I have bought. Now the printer is something else. I was bought a HP wireless for last year christmas. I said to my self wow. now I am not so happy. When I have to but ink when the ink cargages are still half full that is wrong when the cost so much. You guys have to lower your prices on supplies. - Mary Hindson - posted 36 months ago
I have used my printer a few times and it already says that I need new ink cartridges. What a rip off. I thought the printer was a good price but not anymore. I had an Epson for 10 years and changed the ink cartridges 3 times. - Donna Chedekel - posted 36 months ago
I had the experience that seems to be everyone's problem. Running out of ink on a practically unused printer. I only use a printer for personal purposes so they should last a long time. However I had to purchase a new one in Jan. 2010 and guess what. I used it 5 times and was told I had run out of ink. I expected to run out of black but yellow and magenta & blue was hardly used at all. I have had to replace all of them already 2 months after my purchase. It truly is annoying and not necessary as I had all HP products since I started playing with Computers but I am worried that HP has gotten to hungary in life. - ALICE Persan - posted 35 months ago
I am old but, I notice you are all getting to hungary and continue to take advantage of the smaller people in this world. Its pitiful. - ALICE Persan - posted 35 months ago
I have a total of five hp printers at home. I am also experiencing the same early depletion messages. Worse yet the printers are not recognizing refill cartridges. This is quite strange because the cartridges are niether damaged or mismatched. I guess it must be some sort of punishment for not purchasing refills from HP. Stay away from HP printers, they are a ripp off. - victor Eko - posted 28 months ago
