My husband and I have been going to the Perkins Restaurant in Ames, Iowa, for almost the entire 50 years we have lived in Ames. The last 10 years or so, we've encountered the friendliest, nicest, most cheerful waitress we've had the pleasure of meeting: her name is Robyn. She always greets us by name (and has told the other waiters and waitresses what our names are), stops to find out how Rod is doing these days (cancer treatments) and exhibits genuine concern for us both as we age. We enjoy every person who waits on us--the restaurant is very clean and inviting, and is always being updated in its decor as well as the menu. The restaurant was clean, busy and our breakfast was very good. The waiter was friendly, and a very
good server, came back to our table several times. A good experience. The best part of the morning

We would like to compliment Erica on the great service we received on 4-6-11. We visit your restaurant at least once every two weeks. Our server (Jean-49) provided us with great service. She stopped at our table often to ask if we needed anything. The coffee pot never was empty.
We eat at this Perkins only a couple of times a month. We always enjoy our meals. This time we ate breakfest.

We had a great lunch. Our server,Samantha was an excellant lady. She kept us in drinks. Was so pleasant. very helpful and friendly. It was a joy to eat at our twin Falls, ID., location. I just want to ppost that this Perkins in Henrietta is so dirty. I looked at the kitchen and the floor was so dirty and had garbage on it. The bathroom floor was sticky.
I wanted cream cheese for a bagel and was told they used up all the cream cheese to make strawberry cream cheese. This is my thoughts on this resturant: It should be shut down. I will never eat there agsin. - - posted 21 months ago

Our waitress, Jaqueli #287, is the best!!!About 10 to 15 of us friends eat there every Sunday morning ( store # 1190) and she does an outstanding job for us. Most of the time she even remembers what each of us usually eat. Give her a raise.

This is supposed to be a survey, but is so difficult to do, so I'll comment on my breakfast on Feb. 1st, 2012. I had the #5, eye opener & coffee. It was very good, the waitress was efficient, friendly & good. We ( 6 to 8 of us ) go there every Wed. morning for breakfast.
