The service I receive is always courteous and friendly. If I have a question, they are willing to answer and if I need help in finding an item, they show me where it is located. They take my groceries out and put them in the car for me.

We enjoy shopping at Albertsons in Grand Junction, Co. The meat is exceptionally remarkably good. The aisles are open to get around the store easily. The checkers are always helpful. I shop at the Albertsons in Azle. TX. The cashiers are always very nice, the store stocks enough of everything that I need, even if it's on sale. The prices are average and they double and triple coupons, which is savings for me. - DS - posted 36 months ago

Its very convenient not to have to look for an Albertson's plastic store card in order to purchase all groceries, Bargains on foods are very generous, food quality is excellent, prices are great and clerks are kind, helpful, patient and concerned that customers are well taken care of. I have shopped at Albertsons since we moved to Albuquerque 10 years ago. I could never find the survery, clicked on a lot of sites and get not get the one I needed to come up. If you want us to do the survey it should be made easy.

I DO NOT understand why this is so difficult. They want us to take the survey but: the web address that is on my receipt - www.albertsonssurvey.com - doesn't come up with the "Customer Experience Survey". THAT is the ONLY survey I want to participate in; I don't want to be told of other surveys, or promotions, or test products or anything else! Then i found another web address - www.Albertsonslistens.com - that says "take our survey for a chance to win a $100 Albertson's gift card" (which is what my receipt says and the survey I want!) but nowhere on this site can you take a survey! Has anyone else had this problem/issue? I'm calling the 800 "question" # that's also on my receipt to try to get a real answer. Thanx for letting me vent! RE: the difficulty of the stupid survey - I called the 800 # and Ashley was very helpful. She said sometimes that address doesn't direct you to the right place for the survey, (which I still don't understand) but she gave me the right address that will and it was SOOOOOO easy! I visited store #4402 06 0050 262. The size of the store was rather overwhelming but every clerk I asked knew the location of the product(s) I was seeking. When checking out I realized I had not gotten milk. The cashier asked what kind and size and said, "Wait right here, I'll get it for you!" I go to Albertsons on Candelaria & Juan Tabo in Albuquerque. I enjoy the coffee in the morning and I usually have a delicious cruller.
