My daughter and I were there on 7-3-2011, for lunch, the waitress we had, was nice at first, but then, while we were still eating, she asked are we ready for the check, I think that was very rude, and then when I did ask for the check, and asked for change, I was going to add a little more to it, but when she brought the change back she threw it on the table in front of my daughter, and walked away, so instead she only receved 10% at that time, so maybe nedxt time she will be a little more friendly, by the way her name is Alorabeth M. p.s she came back several times to ask if we were finished, VERY VERY VERY RUDE Alorabeth M. - Mynyown - posted 21 months ago

great place to hang out,drink beer& dine. I am buying food to go most of the time .I 've been in your Grill & Bar #0315 just newly open in the area. My concern is there should be a counter separate for take out only. Reason is music too loud you tend to shout and tell your order so loud extremely crowding that counter section not very pleasant at all @ the entrnce no enough room. I visited the Florence SC location for the first time and am originally from Virgina. I was faced with a very uncomfortable situation by a customer and made my bartender Jenn aware and she handled the situation in the most professional way I could have asked. No way it could have been handled better. All the service from her and Kristen was awesome and even though I had a bad first experience her and kristen really turned it into an awesome visit. Im down every week. What's up with this you have to do to much to get to the section where you enter your code from the receipt. I was just in the BWW in Fort Myers for the first time, Friday night.... It was a GREAT experence. I will go back there and i will also ask for the same girl... Her name was Jamie, she was very funny and nice...She sat beside myself and my friend, took her time (even though i could see she had other tables and was also helping others) She explained the WHOLE menu, told us what was her FAV. and what we should try. (VERY HONEST). We got everything she recommended. The 'New sampler, to the flavor of wings.... I normally tip 15% but she got us to up it to i believe around 35-40%... Stopped for lunch at store #0142 in Rosenberg, TX on Sunday December 18th. Been a few times and think the wings and selection of toppings are awesome.
