The subway experience starts with a "welcome to Subway" when I enter the store,and always ends with a well satisfied customer, me. The food is always fresh and very tasty. When I'am out and about, I will always opt for a subway as opposed to the fast food hamburger joints,those places don't sell healthy food. My favorite is the meatball sandwich,toasted no cheese with tomato,green pepper,black olive,jalapenos with parmesan and oregano mmmmmmmmmmmm delicious! My wife and I stopped at the Subway store #25466, located in our town. We had a $5.00 gift card and a coupon that says Get a regular 6"sub Free when you buy any regular 6" sub of equal or greater price.The employee was quite confused as how to ring up the purchase. I now somehow have a balance of .76 left on our gift card.
Despite the confusion in our purchase we were very satisfied with our subs and will return again.

i was at the subway store in sweetwater springs and had a HORIBLE experience. the girl that was "helping" me was marisol.. i came to the store at 9:30pm and they were going to be closed at 10:00 as i pulled up she was already looking at me like oh no not another costumer! i get in there and begin to tell her what sandwich i want and she states we only have the wheat bread we were too busy today so i say okay thats fine then she starts telling me oh we turned off the toaster.. im like what you dont turn off the toaster until the store is closed that doesnt make sence. so i said okay whatever thats fine as she is putting on the cheese she states we only have provolone and swiss chese left. at this point i am begining to think wow this store should be shut down they dont have anything.. and so i tell her what cheese i want and she gives me like a hurry up feeling and asks me what i want on the sandwiches at this point i am soo ready to just leave she wrings me up and i leave. as i get in my car i think to my self, that was the worst customer service i have had in a long time way to ruin my night subway!! you need to reup on your employees and i need to show her how an awsome employee is suppose to look!! - unknown - posted 34 months ago

Recently visited your Store No. 20571, on 12/27/10. Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a "toasted" ham and egg foot long, saw it go into an oven for perhaps two seconds, and when received it was the gummiest mess ever. When reported, the server's comment was "oh so sorry".
